Whether or not the person who made this video likes the shows is irrelevant to the point that it's trying to make. It's a comedy show and this is a joke, the joke being that the writing quality for both shows has dropped. Maybe the person who made this likes the shows but doesn't like the direction they've taken. Besides, who said this is one person's view of the shows? This sketch is part of a TV show, and those tend to be collaborative efforts.
