Read the Kampempe judgment sentencing Zuma to 15 months please🙏🏽. Regardless how one wants to spin it but essentially it is a battle between Zuma and CC/&Zondo CJ. They were the applicant/complaint and judges in their own complaint. There is interest automatically vested when judges review their own decision, more so when they were also the complainant.

@@bhekithembazungu2129 You should have read properly my comment. The issue here as submitted by the IEC, is for clarification and not an appeal. IEC, for reasons I don't understand, did not appeal but instead applied for clarification. There is no ground of prejudice to ZUMA by the Justices. The CC only needs to explain, for future cases, whether a remission by the President overturn (or nullify) a sentence by the Concourt or any other Court. For me, it doesn't, otherwise the Executive would be interfering into the Judiciary.

If they have fixed loadshedding as they claim, why did they find it necessary to have permission to enforce higher stages in future. People know their leaders they can show you practically how president Zuma improved their lives and in the last 6 years RamaSofa has desermated everything. Zuma helped township and rural communities revive cooperatives and he funded those cooperatives with a minimum amount of R350K each across SA. In 2017 the ANC resolved to nationalise the land and the SARB and the ANC of RamaSofa made sure that those resolutions are never implemented.
