I'm currently taking courses in Coursera to get my IT Support Certification. There is literally just and 8 minute video on subnetting!! I was in tears because I thought it was just so difficult that I just wouldn't get it. Best subnetting video on youtube. A lot of others teach either only the binary method or only the table method, but you combine both and make it all really clear. If you watch this video 4-5 times you will be a subnetting master.
