could do a more local version of this - go to the biggest train station near you, spin a wheel that decides what platform you go to, and another for how many stops you're on the train for, and then go to the closest game to that platform!

Honestly, this is my fave video you've ever done outside the mystery shirt content. Brilliant to see the whole trip, drinks, food, karaoke, local street life. Great watch, keep up the epic work dude. As a wolves fan I genuinely hope both our teams can avoid relegation this season 💪

@AwayDays unless it's a derby (Slovan Bratislava vs Spartak Trnava) or one of the teams that are doing well then unfortunately yes. All of the good players leave abroad as soon as they can because nobody wants to play at this level so the standard doesn't change (drops if anything over the past few years). As a kid i would go to every home game for solid 4-5 seasons and i would see a decent game only rarely. Having said that the derby i mentioned above is absolutely worth visiting. Cheap tickets, cheap flights, cheap food, cheap beer and brilliant and tense atmosphere. If you visit 2nd division... yeah. There isn't much that you can expect.

No, not every single match day looks like this in Slovakia, my country. Ur just a sofa fan who is lazy to go and support his local team and for you is easier to fumble. In England u have also lot of boring games, but when u watching only big games, like top 6 in PL, of course you cannot see it.

They have 4 different types of beer pours in Slovakia and Czech Republic, the regular British pour, the one you boys got which is called Hladinka and has 25 percent foam, one called a Šnyt which is half beer/half foam and one called Mlíko, meaning Milk, which is entirely foam.

I just got back from my stag do in Slovakia 2 days ago, we went to Bratislava and my mates surprised me with tickets to Slovan Bratislava v Spartak Trvana. It was 2nd in the league v 3rd in the league and the stadium still wasnt full! However, what a game and what an atmosphere. We managed to get in the ultras section towards the end and honestly, what an experience. The stadium was surprisingly nice, the quality of the football was good, we saw 5 goals and despite our worries we got in no trouble for being outsiders. I'd highly recommend Slovakian football!

Another superb video, Ellis The channel goes from strength to strength.. You're basically living my dream with stuff like that. I've been to quite a few games like that, mainly Budapest but also Prague, Sofia and Zagreb. Absolutely love the randomness of the experience and while I'd love to go to some of those big European games, there is something about those random games where you're watching teams you've never heard of. I look forward to more content like this one.

About the beer heads: Bigger heads for bigger meals, so by the time you finish your meal the foam has dissolved. Also, if you try full heads, it's simply a different drink, it's kinda silky and cloudy.

Ellis have to one day come to Australia. Newcastle Jets v Central Coast Mariners is known as the F3 Derby (named after the freeway you drive to get to them) and we play for the F3 trophy which is a cylinder of concrete taken from the road
