Your photos are out of this world; they are awe-inspiring pictures. My head is still spinning; how do you make that lighting impression? I get that you keep the shutter speed low, but how do you remove the person moving the light.

The video captures the person because it is set to high ISO and large aperture, but the camera does not, because the camera is set to a small aperture and low ISO. So the camera only captures bright light, like the fire, and stationary objects that are lit for several seconds in one place. The moving person is too dark and fast to be captured using low ISO and small aperture in the dark (like about f/16 and ISO 100)
