Till you end up in the jail for having an improperly installed bullet button. Happened to my friend in this county they wanted to give him a year but he got 90 days thanks to his attorney. This county is corrupt.

I believe it’s time to move the existing personnel to other departments, retire, etc., and have new personnel in place to assume new leadership responsibilities. Let’s move on from this, and start making things happen for the betterment of society. We all have to join together and make things right again. Let’s take back our county. Let’s go!!!

the staffing crisis is real. correctional officers tell inmates no breaks from 24 hour detention because no staff available. they lock inmates up for weeks at a time with no showers or cleaning of the cell.

@@imagrev4360 I mean plenty of people who would be criminals are idolized today even in school. are country is literally founded by criminals in the eyes of Britain. it really depends on the crime if you find it deserving but many criminals aren't deserving of such inhumane treatment and conditions.

It’s always been an issue. Look at the work time records media. It’s not moral, their just getting caught for their chaotic behavior and no accountability. They’ll behave like this in weaker towns.

As someone who wants to be a police officer I personally see why they do it but it’s just dumb to have.. Plenty of other departments in California don’t have “college credits required”

When I was 18, I’m 22 now and I do not do anything from my past anymore so it’s kind of a waste for them to put that on my record as a 18 year old , that’s still a little boy . From 18 and forever on a I won’t be a police officer or any law abiding jobs . Either rob or work labor jobs . I see why they do certain stuff but they make life long criminals as soon as they get the chance

So true what you said about duty or calling. People who actually care to help society should be glad they are getting paid even if they’re underpaid and overworked, I guess they should all quit. But imagine, caring enough to help people, and working in a place where no one respect your service to your community. Worst, serving your country and the people in your country hates you. I feel for these people who are nurses, doctors, police officers, military people, and teachers. Second thought, maybe we should pay them better and encourage more people to be in these professions. Naaahh I guess I’ll just watch the world burn.
