Thanks so much for this great video. I saw myself and my family described and it was somewhat painful. I am 64 years old and I am trying so hard to help myself. Your videos have vital information that we all need so much. I know that people are on their way to a bright future and that you and your guests are the inspiration to help us all on our way. Blessed Be.

I spent 6 decades accepting viewpoints from other people. The last decade, I have slowly released much of it. As a result, I spent a lot of time feeling that I did not know myself. I seem to be reaching a point that I don't need to know who I am by discovering what I like. Instead, I am trying to just move forward experiencing and observing. It still feels awkward at this point.

Oh wow -- got an aha reading your comment… how much has my concept/understanding/idea of who I am been linked to my perception of what I like…??!!! What if that whole connection and concept is a limitation that I’ve simply accepted to be true and actually is irrelevant and unnecessary?! 🤔⁉️ 💡❣️

I've been working solely on understanding the human experience in a profound way over the past 2 or 3 years. (The NDEs have been instrumental in this!) I think your discussion here is a good explanation of how we humans are attached so much to our ego that it is almost impossible to live in the world while maintaining the understanding that we are not of this world. I think once we get this and we can see where our ego is leading us in a superficial way, we can then do some really good work within ourselves. My philosophy these days is "let go of that ego".

Letting go, that's always been key. This also keeps us stuck within our story, don't we have to also let go of the damn story too! For me being in the present doesn't have a story attached...

Absolutely what you both say about the social media comments, I think if we react is because we have something to heal, and then we’ll continue to have the same situation until we look in ourselves and ask, why I’m reacting this way? I have learned it from Bashar and it has helped me a lot haha, love your podcast Alex!

MIRACLE that this popped up for me today. I really needed this conversation about our IPOV's and aligning and agreeing eg with my daughter saying how my daughter being in pain, and resisting and reacting to the doctors' suggestion now (Massage, PT, acupuncture has not worked and she is not into energy work ....) to inject botox.......... The discussion about the jabs and the person you heard. Brought tears to my eyes. I know my family (and most people) chose to get jabbed because of their POV that it would keep them/us alive and healthy and was kind to the world........ They just had a hard time with my choice. So many gems here. Thank you Alex for doing the interview. Thank you Dain for all you are and all you contribute. 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡

I have always loved the beautiful quote of Wayne Dyer that says: "Have a mind that is open to everything, but attached to nothing." We are here to explore, learn and grow from every experience, and to step out of the conditioned life we were taught to live so that we can become whom we are meant to be! I always follow what feels true in my heart and soul from my inner guidance. Be the original, unique and beautiful person you were created to be, and not a copy of others! Thank you both beautiful souls for this lovely interview! Love and Light to all!❤🙏❤

Regarding the 100th monkey phenomenon, Dr. Rupert Sheldrake has done work on what he termed 'morphic resonance' that deals with this phenomenon. KZfaq has several videos of him explaining this work. I'm not aware that he worked with monkeys specifically, but he did work with certain birds, rats, etc. and even people (in the puzzle experiments), and his theory would apply to this 100th monkey phenomenon.

#1 in confidence? I don’t see a problem with that unless it is based on something outside of the truth: We are all inherently valuable and worthy (whether we are conscious of it or not is a different story altogether). If confidence is based on mathematical abilities (or any other external gift) then that’s just another program.

Technology is saving us as we speak from the point that technology is quite literally a representation of who we are and who source is. Food for thought. Connectivity to one another is the driving force behind the oneness that is coming to be. Unless you want to give me credit for visualizing an awakening as a child and bringing it to our world. 😊

The 'duck' exemple seems to be very simple: Why should I even bother to argue that I'm not a duck? That was easy, but let's explore it a bit deeper: What if the person calling you a duck persuades your whole environment that you're a duck, and then decides that ducks are very good dinner material and you just look perfect tasty fatty duckling? And the whole group agrees: 'yeah, let's have this pretty duck for dinner!' What do you recommend in such a situation? You just let yourself get eaten?
