It is not advisable to cook yogurt ! Also without tomatoes the ghee rice would be more tasty

While yogurt is typically omitted, we've included it to impart a soft texture to the rice and enrich the dish's flavour. While tomatoes are classic in ghee rice, some prefer it without tomatoes for a unique flavour profile.
