Do atleat 3 or 4 seasons in one club and play all the important matches throughout the seasons . That means one season can be of like 4 episodes and it will be fun and you should also change the came to pro for like 1 in 4 games.

Change the formation again cause you’ve benched Chiesa, play a 4-2-4( Kostic Vlahovic Chiesa Neymar) or (Kiesa Neymar Vlahovic Weah) Or just any formation with wingers and make neymar a winger it’ll suit him more and his dribbling stats will increase (or be a CAM)

You can't change the formation as a player in career mode but what you can do is before you start the career go to team shorts in settings and change the formation and then start the career mode and click use current squad if u update it, the formating will be gone
