He was climbing to the top with his burdens on the way to the top he found hopsin on his way to the top half dead buried by snow also with his burdens. They journey together further up the mountain to find more people who have died on the way to the top..with their burdens. That's what i got from it anyways.

Hop says "praying to the Lord with the book of James"... Verse 16 of chapter 5 says "the prayer of a righteous man avails much". Also Hop didn't cuss at all on NF's track, chapter 3 is about controlling your mouth. But before that he said "I manifested this" and I think he actually had chapter 2 in mind. Chapter 2, verse 18: "Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by what I do"(manifest). Then 2 :21 mentions Abraham, and 2 :25 mentions Rahab. Later Hop says "add my testament". Add his name to that list?

I love how you called the Dark Knight vibe from the beginning, and later on NF uses the Bane bar from Dark Knight rises LOL that was awesome prediction without knowing :P

Something I realized when watching the video for the song is that it also kinda lines up with how I "grew up" with both of these artists. I started listening to Hopsin about 10 years ago shortly after he dropped his RAW album and even back then he already made similar songs to NF, being very open about his feelings, mental state or just his general thoughts. And when Hopsin dropped Knock Madness you could already tell he wasn't in the best place. He took a short break and dropped The Pound Syndrome and after that No Shame, in which he went into what happened in Australia and all that before he pulled back from the spotlight. And exactly around that time is when I started to vibe with NF cause he dropped his Mansion album. And I think the music video for Lost kinda shows that journey as well. Before NF, there was Hopsin. Hopsin was already there where NF is now but he wasn't able to pull through because of all his burdens, but it's not too late yet to be saved. That's when NF comes along. I think in a recent interview Hopsin said they've been friends now for like 4-5 years which also lines up with Hop taking a break and NF starting to become a big name in the music industry.

The duo we all wanted but never knew we needed! And the fact that Hop didn’t cuss, out of respect for Nate and his artistic style.. Mad respect! This track is 🔥🔥

This is a song about soul searching. It is about their journey's and their experiences. Partially to let people know they aren't alone. I noticed how when Hopsin said that he had family that weren't even friends and the comment was made isn't that kind of familiar. This is not a song of inspiration per se but kind of when I am lost this is what I go through or have gone through. The part on the hill when he fell, that was an inspirational moment but also advice to pick yourself back up. I come at this song from a Christian perspective. The balloons represent their burdens, Hopsin said so. "Wow, these burdens are heavy and I hope they don't bury me." NF when he was going up the hill and stumble... "You need to pick yourself up again, it's a TESTAMENT." When a Christian stumbles, he needs to pick himself up as well, and continue striving looking at Jesus. Side note, goes along with the story of Jesus and Peter walking on water. On the surface, just a part of the story(a parable). Jesus said I am the way, the truth and the light. What happened when Peter took his eyes off of Jesus... He started to sink. Without Jesus we all sink, we all get buried in our burdens, we stumble. Jesus said come to me for my burden is light and my yoke is easy. Anyways, not here to preach, just something to think about. This song is very deep on so many levels. The balloons at the end, are more people buried by their burdens. I wish they had continued on a bit more by helping them, because that is how we get better as people and together. Even the bible says we should help each other with our burdens. However today in most interactions we don't take into account others burdens or what they are carrying, what they have been through. Loved the reaction.
