As we continue our NF journey it is so evident that he will keep increasing his abilities as an MC creating music that can inspire all of us! In this particular track he is talking about his struggles and coming to a fork in the road in regards to stay true to himself and continuation of making honest music or taking the road of the many stereotypical artist currently out right now that chooses the mainstream and does what they can to achieve instant fame. NF decides to take the more challenging route as he builds up his empire and creates a legacy that will live on!!

I think I'm psyco i haven't listen to other artists songs, since the day i met NF, he is truly a Legend to me, he will soon be the Owner of this rap game. It's 100% positive.

And it’s okay to say he’s sounds like Eminem in certain aspects bc he does. His voice and his animation/aggression. It’s a compliment. I see no need to choose btw the two. I grew up on Em but I’ll grow old listening to Nate.. once you’ve listen to great music but with actual substance.. it’s really hard to go back to anything less than ya know? Start from beginning. NF listed kendrick as his top 5. He studied a lot of the greats. This is for anyone new who may want to take the NF journey as we call it because he intertwines his music like marvel movies. All four albums is like a connected series. For instance in his when i grow up song, paid my dues, leave me alone, and why song, the black smile is the fake smile that he mentions in therapy session song. He hides eggs in his videos. In when i grow up song there was two hidden eggs in that song. A black balloon by the trash cans and in burger joint he grabbed at receipt that had the date and time of when his song time was being released. He had outcast name tag on in the janitor part from his Outcast song. Another example is in the search song he had cage in background he rapped in from his outcast song. Here is the song order: Mansion Album: All I have (video) Intro (video) Mansion- connects to intro 3. Fear moved in. Wake Up (video) Paralyzed Notepad (video) explains why he does not cuss Therapy Session Album: Intro 2 (video) calls out his song wake up and has names of all songs written on wall from album. Therapy Session (video) Very important song. Explains his black smile I just wanna know (video) How could you leave us-(video) have tissues nearby. Real song- (video) he pays homage to lil wayne in this song feed me rappers or feed me beats) Grindin ft Marty (video) Oh Lord- this song gets referred to in returns two albums later. Great song Statement (he pays homage to eminem and drake in this song) Warm Up -single (hype song) (video) Epiphany- collab with futuristic. Video. Pays homage to meek mill. Green lights (video) pay attention to what he has written on the notepad at the end. Perception Album: Outro (video) pay attention to the video. It is like marvel endgame how he connects tons of previous videos in this. Intro 3 (one of his best songs) connects to mansion single. He battles fear. Outcast (video) Know- pays homage to eminem and 21 pilots Destiny One hundred Let you down (video) watch to the very end! Single: Why- (video) NF pays big homage to Big Sean as he uses his flow from bounce back in this and mentions Big Seans name and his album I decided. (This isnt nates flow he says) Also he has a ton of eggs like Dont mess with real music written on walls. Pay attention to all the writing. Additionally, Big Sean paid homage back in harder than my demons song he had the black balloons in it among other things Search Album: Whole album should be listened to but you can choose which you would like to do: The search (video) pays homage to kanye west When I grow up (video) pays homage to Adele and snoop. Amazing Paid My Dues (video) It was to the awful article rolling stones put out because the writer was a big chance the rapper fan and was pissed NF took number one spot. Over 400 people bashed that writer in the comments lol Chasing -demo he did with a fan. Clouds the Mixtape- Clouds (video) connects to outcast single turn the music up and options singles Lost ft Hopsin (video) Story (video) That’s a Joke (pays homage to J Cole) Just like you Prideful Layers Drifting Trust ft Tech N9ne Also there is many good songs not on this list like Dreams, you’re special ect if you like him then take the time and go back through and listen through them all at some point. His lost in the moment song was just used for the promo for the new show called the equalizer starring Queen Latifah.

@@BeersBars No problem. I seen the weird comment about how her list is better lol we in high school? 😂 My list is in perfect order you cant go wrong with it or any fans list you have been given. I think any NF fan who made these lists have it correct with order. Mine is just very very detailed with homage paid and hidden eggs as most people miss them. Look forward to your reactions!

This is a good song for his journey. He connects a lot of past stuff to this video and song ❤ The black smile is the fake smile he talks about in his therapy session single. The balloons are his burdens which it was such a great visual he was bench pressing them. Burdens are heavy and weight a lot. He speaks of levitating in his outro single. In when i grow up he said they ever push me im gonna swing well he is swinging in this lol a bat lol This was to the rolling stones article that trashed his second number one album when he beat out chance the rapper. The writer was a chance fan. Over 400 people in comments trashed that bastard lol He has his timbs in locker in this and wears combat boots he is showing he is at war Also in mansion single he says anger lives in the basement so we met anger in this single He teased his song lost at the end of this the one with hopsin.

Correction: NF is from Gladwin, MI, a really small town in the middle of nowhere. But yes NF and Em has a lot of similarities, BUT still a LOT of differences.

Very genuine reaction by you guys..... Please i suggest that, keep reacting to his newest project 'ckouds the mixtape ' in between while going through other songs it will help to keep the momentum going because his new projects such as the search and clouds the mix tape are the best period. Also because , he got that needed huge attention by many after his these two projects , though Nate is been doing these for a while. Again great reaction 🙏...also a new sub to you.

Hey, just letting you know that NF isn't from Detroit. He is from a small town called Gladwin. It is about 2 1/2 hours from Detroit. I feel that the reason he sorta sounds like Em voice wise is because of the Michigan accent. If you fina an interview of NF and an interview of Em you can really hear the accent resemblence.

If you listen to his first album it sounded slot more like Em but as he has continued and gotten better you can still hear the influence but they aren't similar at all besides having a white Michigan accent lol

Correction...'cause I'm still pissed about this two years later! Despite earning No.1 on the Billboard 200, he DIDN'T win Album of the Year, or Best Rap Album, or Best Rap Song or Best Rap Performance at the Grammys. My mans wasn't even NOMINATED! 😡 2020 was the year where I was officially done with the Grammys! As for that article, the guy favored Chance The Rapper to reach the top of the Billboard but NF passed him. And the guys at USA Today and Rolling Stone were like "Who is this Eminem sound alike rapper we've never heard of?" The disrespect!

Also, another correction. He *is* from Michigan, though not from Detroit. He's from Gladwin, Michigan; might be the first rapper to make it outta there - I don't know. But the people who live there have to be proud of him.

@@juanflores9550 BAHAAHAAA! 😄 I know, right?! I'm a tad extra - just a tad. 😜 I did go to school to be a data analyst though so I'm sure that has something to do with it! In addition to that, I've been a Niffy superfan since 2016 and when I like something...I really like it! It is serious in a way though because my number one track of his, Remember This, actually saved my life - no exaggeration. I am forever in his debt. I know you don't know this, However, Outcast, ( NF FANS) Don't like when you Compare Him to Marshall. You would PROBABLY have more Views on this Segment had you NOT Compared. Nate is his own Style. If course someone is going to sound like Somebody since Hip Hop has been around since 1975. Most people compare cuz he Caucasian, and don't even realize the Bias in it. NF has said Marshall was his inspiration. Who wasn't inspired by The Word bender. Just something to Marinate on. Great Job.
