An in-depth look at how NFL 2K's Maximum Passing system delivers passes that cant be made in Madden 19.

SIDE NOTE : I just figured out why my captures of NFL2K5 from my emulator looked like shit. Finally fixed it. Its a noticeable difference. No more weird lines across the screen and a better resolution.

It's amazing how much more advanced this game is compared to modern day Madden titles, still just so shocking to me. I still play 2k5, haven't bought a Madden in years due to the poor gameplay quality and I dont see that changing anytime soon.

Felt like 2k5 and Fever 04 were best at this. I believe Madden 06 on ps2 did it pretty well too.

I recently spent $140 dollars to play 2k5 because I’m so sick of madden. Let me tell you, it was worth EVERY penny. Hands down best football game I’ve ever played, not even close.

The ONLY reason why I bought Madden 19 was because of the custom draft class. I swear, if madden 20 doesn’t improve the damn gameplay and add any useful features in franchise mode, I’ll just stick to playing Madden 05, 07 and ESPN NFL 2K5 cause I haven’t as fun with any of the newer madden’s then I’m having with 2K5 and Madden 05.

I play Madden 07 with Custom All-madden sliders for great gameplay. Went 10 and 6 won the Superbowl next season went 6 and 10 😒. Just did the off season and preseason hoping my draft picks get me back into the playoffs at least

@@MrMcAwolfe in madden you can have a 90 overall team and go 5-11 but with my 80 overall team that uses certain playbooks i will go 13-3 so dumb

@@unpricedhydra3492 Had a 90 overall team go 6 and 10, then when I looked at the roster they had key injuries which lead them to fall short for the season, so it can happen.

NFL 2K5 the only reason I still have the 360. I love throwing back shoulder fades from Culpepper to Moss. The game is STILL the best ever in 2020.

the big thing u didn’t mention was how much spacing the players in 2k5 had to work with. the player scaling in madden is too big. the field needs to be bigger or the models should be smaller bc on that left side breakdown the spacing of where michael thomas was and the spacing where the ball could be was miles more realistic than the big kid in a little playground model EA uses.

Yeah, the only EA video game football I play the most now is NCAA 14 Revamped for PC. NFL 2K5 and All Pro Football 2K8 are probaby the best football games ever made. Thanks for the video!

After playing madden 20 for a few months, and not doing too badly in online ranked, I think I’m ready to cop an original Xbox with 2k5 and play with updated rosters. I miss that game so much.
