Ejecting number 57 is insane. As a defender I’m not expecting the Qb to trip right infront of me when I’m bout to tackle him, plus the refs think the defenders can let up at the last second. If you within 3 steps of tackling someone you can’t let up if you try that’s how you mess shit up, that’s why you don’t see professional letting up.

Whoever needs to hear this stay strong no matter how difficult life is.. whether it’s work, family relationship, personal relationships , how you personally feel about yourself. Just don’t give up keep fighting even if you feel like you have no fight left in you. Mental health has been challenging for me lately and I’m coping without no drugs or liquor. Life hurts rn in some parts but I’m finding comfort in a uncomfortable place now and hope someone needed this energy. You all matter too me no matter what walk of life you come from. Keep fighting. It’s ok to cry , it’s ok to feel, it’s ok to hurt. It’s not ok to think being hurt, low, depressed etc is permanent it’s all temporary and you will be ok. Peace ☮️

I'm sorry, but if someone's direction gets changed .01 seconds before the hit and you go helmet to helmet, that is NOT an ejection or a penalty (Greenlaw). He him lined up perfectly legally and can't control that change of direction.

Nonexistent tackling. Just trying to make the "hit." Helmet to helmet contact on a defenseless player with the JuJu hit. That's a penalty by rule. The one on MVS was only less egregious because his arm was in the way.

Future defenders, If you go for the blow-up hit, pretend to go for the ball. Just put two or one hand in there. That way the official can't flag you. Go through the man for the ball.
