Now I know just enough football to graduate German school, but I'm reminded of an old interview by then-eternal goalie Oliver Kahn (obviously paraphrased by memory) "You can't lose if you don't allow any goals.". What I love is a 45 minute half and it’s non-stop. 90 minutes of actual on field play .No commercials no shots of the commentator’s. All in a broadcast of two hours.US football games are an hour long. Average for pro and college is 3 1/2 hour broadcast with 18 1/2 minutes of actual playing time. So basically a 3 hour commercial with analysis of all the on field “action”.

He appeared at the 2006 World Cup in Germany and contributed to the national team beating the U.S., 3:0. He also holds the record for the most clean sheet in the English Premier League (202 clean sheets in just 443 games). 9:13 A totally random goal by Alex Král, playing for Slavia Prague. I think this one was from a match against the Spanish side of FC Sevilla in March 2019, the top team of the Europa League competition and Slavia managed to beat them also thanks to this lucky moment.

5.19 I think that is Ronaldinho and he was insanely good, especially when it comes to pure ball control which is of course only a part of being a good player. He and Maradona are just wired differently between their super quick brains and legs, they operate in a different time from regular humans, they have always more of it. He takes all the speed out of the descending ball with the slightest movement of his big toe to have it dead on his feet for the next move, and than does an akka through the legs. That's so hard to do, the first touch is the hardest part of football and most about pure talent. Most very good highly payed technically good players need a yard to get such a high ball under control, he needs 1cm. The akka is beyond most good players too, no matter how much they practice, it takes both super quick feet and a great velvet touch. Through the legs is seen as an humiliation not to be tolerated by defenders even in practice, so that is very hard to do too.

Indeed it is not all about the goals. There are playmakers in this game (like quarterbacks in NFL) that simply elevate any team by the way they control the speed and flow of the game, distribute the right and some times impossible passes to get others in the position to score. These are the guys i like most. The Generals directing and leading their troops on the frontine, in the trenches. And when you can do both, lead, provide assists, turn games around, and score yourself when it really matter,.... then you are one of the all time greats in my book. Ofcourse strikers get the most attention, but that doesnt per se make thel the best, or even most important player in the pitch. There are a few i could mention, and it will be a discussion of who is best, and about the era they played in etc... all that great trivial stuff 😂 we like to occupy our minds with to forget life for a while. So here we go 😂: Kevin de Bruyne, Mr Assist, King Kev, KDB, the Ginger God of Manchester, IS the best midfielder and in my book even player in the game, and has been for years. You have the glamboys like Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar, Mbape... ... and then you have Kevin ( and a few others like him ) just doing his thing as an introvert stacking up records year after year. An absolute genius on the pitch and a quiet family man with no fuss or drama outside work. He only make the headlines in context of his game, and i like that. No doubt he will get his life size statue outside the City stadium when he retires. I've been watching football/soccer for a long time, and i know it's a futile and useless discussion 😂, but anyway here you go. 🤘❤️🇺🇲🇧🇪🇪🇺🇬🇧 Ps: if you want to see some magic : "when football becomes art" is a series of videos that combines per player clips of their best moves, goals, .... .

I’m not even a fan of baseball but I love Ohtani. There’s something fascinating about watching people do something well or special. For football, I’d recommend Barcelona’s Champions League Semi-Final against Liverpool. The comeback was surreal (& I went to the final in Madrid). You can watch the greatest comebacks of all time. You could watch videos on Steven Gerrard, Luis Suarez, Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Maradona, Ronaldinho, Van Basten, Paolo Maldini, Kaka (his goal against Manchester United at Old Trafford in the Champions League in 2007 was phenomenal. They went on to beat my team Liverpool in the Champions League Final that year), David Villa (one of the best strikers of all time in my opinion - people talk about Barcelona with Suarez & Neymar but Barcelona were something else when Villa & Henry played with Messi), Kenny Dalglish, George Best, John Barnes (his goal against Brazil), Ronaldo (the original), Roy Keane & his monumental performance against Juventus. There is so much you have yet to see & I am so jealous. With that being said, football continues to create spectacular moments. Darwin Nunez, for me personally, has been responsible for many this season. You’ve also got Jude Bellingham, a player I wanted for Liverpool, scoring screamers & winners against Barcelona for Real Madrid. You could check funny football chants, videos on passionate fans, every major tournament final as far back as you can go. You could also watch World Cup highlights (Germany silencing Brazil in Brazil is a game I’ll remember. I remember where I was & what I was doing). Sorry for the essay. I adore football (& not the superficiality of it but the skill & tactics of it). I like to play it too. That’s pretty much what you do here when you grow up - whether it be on a pitch or in the streets.

It helps to compare kicking a football/soccer ball to a golf stroke. For example, a player can create bend from left to right or right to left (in golf, a fade/slice or a draw/hook), depending on the angle at which he strikes the ball, or the part of his foot with which he strikes it. Certain players are exceptionally good at it. No surprise, Messi is amongst the best at it. David Beckham was exceptional at it in his day - hence the film, "Bend it Like Beckham". A Japanese player named Sunsuke Nakamura (played for my club, Celtic FC) was another phenomenally talented bender of free kicks.

I came across your first football video and now im navigating and i couldn’t wait for you to react to games ! Some people say football is the n1 sport in the world because humans can’t wrap their head around the fact that they do this shit with their feet. This is the only sport in which feet are the precision tool, not just here for balance and stuff !

My dad was a football player and at 30 during one game, a guy stepped on his leg and broke his foot. imagine the pain after your leg is broken with those special shoes. Luckily, he went to the best hospital in the country and got some screws in the knee. Stayed home with his leg in cast for like 6 mo and since then he just plays for fun. He tried to coach for a while but the management was bad af.

Speaking of ball control, Ibra has a famous quote (one of many): "Det Carew gör med en fotboll gör jag med en apelsin" - translated "what Carew does with a fotball, I do with an orange". This was his response back when Zlatan was criticised for his moves by the Norweigan striker John Carew.

"This is football" "Ronaldhino footballs greatest entertainer" the 2 best complications ever. First one are many special moments in history and showing alot of the greatest legends. The second is about a player that put joy in billions of people because of the way he played. If you enjoy ball control you have to watch him.

I prefer Romario by MatigolVidz and Zico by futbol nacional. And Matt le Tissier by HeilRJ RJ And Adriano the fallen emperor by HeilRJ. I’d say those 4 are all better than the Ronaldinho one you quoted. Baggio by MatigolVidz too.

Watching a live Football game is a whole different level compared to major league games. I’ve been to major league baseball, basketball, and hockey games and they are subdued compare to Football. Fans are nuts. In England, a lot of pubs won’t let patrons in that are wearing jerseys. Can’t imagine that here. The previous Football video doesn’t even get into national games which are also played during league games. You have regional cups and World Cup qualifying games. Some players will miss league games to go to these national games. World Cup is coming to NA so definitely a good time to get into Football. It’s a hella fun sport to watch

Heading the ball is a skill. For starters, neck work is necessary to add same acceleration to your head. This changes the amount and vector of kinetic energy, without it you get full hit. You want to nudge the ball in a different direction while preserving it's momentum. If momentum hits you it hurts. You never want to be static object absorbing full force at perpendicular angle.

When the ball spin in the air its not the same kind of resistance ! Ground make it move so much more ! In fact i have no baseball background but i guess when you spin the ball its affecting not only the trajectory but the way it bounce on the bat !

Highlights videos mostly focus on strikers, but watching one of the best creative midfielders of all time it's a joy, Xavi Hernandez from Spain. Number 8 when playing for Spain: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ftWPhLRnp5-dp5s.html Number 6 when playing for Barcelona: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ebCflq2op7Wbc58.html Look how difficult it's for the rival players to take the ball from him, how he knows where all his team mates are at any given moment, how he chooses the exact moment to give the perfect pass... Every kid leaning to play should get the basics from Xavi, full playing field vision, cool head, choose when to pass and when to hold on the ball.

Basically the way headers are: Don’t even think about the pain, just head it because it’s probably going to help either defending or attacking, (particularly when defending). Afterwards, it hurts like hell and can easily give concussions, but the game is still going on so you don’t have time to think about the pain basically😅

Lewandowski, the guy in the red shirt ''behind'' the goal, or the line. That is something many master as a kid. Ofc, not as good, but meaning they start early. You should understand how good kids are, at least the best, and then relate that to the best adults. It just emphasises how good they are. Football can look simple, but you need to be very good for it to look so.

The one in 7:50, the ball curves TWICE. Right after leave the kicker's foot, it curves right. And upon approaching the defender's head, it curves left. In theory, this can be achieved by applying two rotations on different axle. This makes the drive/primary rotation (vertical axle, rotating from right, front, left, back sides) curved the ball to the right initially. The second, weaker, rotation (horizontal front-back axle, rotating from left, up, right, down sides), will eventually turn the ball upside down, which will cause the primary rotation reversed (now rotating left, front, right, back sides), hence it curved right at the end. Since, you play baseball and know about relation between rotation and curves trajectory, I'm sure you can imagine it in your head 🙂
