Man..the sports fandom had it really good with video games man. Really good. I don’t think this would work well in current gaming even without the pay to win stuff and such..but somehow I wonder if there is a chance. I don't want them to bring these games back, but this is definitely what Coach Mode should take note of. You made the correct choice in passing on Brohm. In real life, he was drafted by the Packers in the seventh round, waived in September and signed to their practice squad, picked up by Buffalo in 2009, became a free agent in 2011, signed with the Las Vegas Locomotives (UFL) in August 2011, signed for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats (Canadian Football League) in 2013 and spent the season on IR, then traded to Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 2014 where he was initially not resigned in 2015, re-signed, and then released a year later. His best QBR was with Las Vegas at 121.8. Drewski: "I'm gonna buy dinner for the whole team." The next play: The defense utterly collapses. The problem with the "Emotional"/"Calm" decision is that you don't actually get to decide what the response is. An "Emotional" response to a touchdown could be "Awesome!" or "What the f&$k was that?!?!?!", and it's completely random. Who paid Scotland to throw the ball to the same safety three times in a row?!?!?! How much did you pay Woodson to throw SIX interceptions? And how much did you pay the Vikings to keep him in? How is Vinatieri missing chip shots? Dude was practically 99 OVR his entire career.

as an expert on this game, a running qb is unstoppable if they have good carry rating because really you only need like 2 or 3 good pass plays and every team has 4 verticles and the ai can complete those pretty regularly. also a running qb, running qb sneak is op trust me. vince young trade immediately every time. hes hof. also get a big leg kicker, ko for touchbacks are big and it gives you the oppurtunity to gt points when a more accurate k would be short

Welcome back to one of my favorite games of all time. I wish it would come back with an updated version. Also what you remember of the original idea of the players, its pretty spot on, but others that were bust you can turn into stars. And a player's overall is based on your system and the way the player matches it. Great players fit every sistem though

Head Coach was such a good game. I enjoy the RPG aspect and that fact that i can't control the players. The depth in this game is insane. I wish they would incorporate this mode into Madden.

Since people who watch this probably know about the game, I am going to post my time spent with it and my track record: 1) Andre Woodson: I am not sure why he stunk up the joint for Drew. I have always had great luck with him. I put him in Mike Holmgren's West Coast Offense. Give him two good receiving TE's and get him a speed WR and he's good to go. 2) Josh Johnson: I've never really used him because he doesn't really fit the scheme I like to run. But, in general, he goes higher in the draft than Woodson. Woodson will sometimes not even get drafted! I haven't played Head Coach 09 in a while, and this is getting me itching to do it again. I am going to try to remember all of my great sleeper picks and try to keep track of what they've done. If you go to the off season and use the draft to start the game, you can actually put together a pretty solid team. There are great players to be had later in the draft and only a few positions lack depth, namely LBer and CB. With those positions there are some great first round talents, but after that the quality drops off. That team of draftees will have a lot of growing pains as you struggle to get them to learn plays and get them experience, but the investment is worthwhile.
