$150 league I had 3rd pick it went CMC, Hall and I felt like I had to take Bijan… Came back around and I got Pacheco at 22. Amari Cooper and Pickens. Evan Engram and Kyle Pitts. Anthony Richardson and Jayden Daniels. No rb depth but I’m happy with my squad

Forget about 30 lbs in 30 days. Start with having your last meal by 8pm. Then when you adjust, move back to 7. When you adjust to that, try out 6pm. After you start to feel better, as you said more than once as a goal, then start tweaking marcos to help drop body fat. Don't try and convince yourself that training harder will help. It will only stress you out more. Not sure what type diabetic you are, but type 2 is completely reversible. Your research on health should be just as important as this thing we're doing here.Cheers!

5 days of working out is plenty. Focus on weights instead of cardio and try to consume 150-200g of protein per day & avoid processed foods.

Oh hell yeah! Great seeing Silva back out here ETA: and don’t worry about the weight. If you feel better that is half the battle. Between water weight, and muscle weighing more than fat, you should be good to go to keep it up. Better yet get on Steroids and you can roid rage on all of those nerdy analytic guys and their stupid numbers!!
