It's because most of his catches are short catches. They have to limit the RB catching ratings because they aren't running a bunch of deep routes and it will inflate their overall too much.

Other than the chargers I don't care to know the jets or Falcons ratings. It is funny how Rodgers is a 86 usually they give guys like him a huge rating because of "career stats" and if you don't believe me go look at guys like JJ watt who when even missing lots of time on the field would be a highly rated guy in the game. Or Dhop who didn't break 1000 but still a top 5 receiver in this years game.

What madden needs to do is actually be consistent. Example jahmyr gibbs and odafe oweh ran same exact 40 but gibbs speed is 5 higher? it makes no sense, ea definitely play favorites imo.
