If you’re a Seattle fan you understand how electric his first year was. We haven’t seen someone that plays that fast and with that much energy wanting to hit everything that moves since the prime LOB days. It’s almost like a soft reminder to what Seattle used to be. Whatever it was that LOB had, he has it.

Woolen fits that too. He isn’t the hard hitter or not quite as physical but he definitely fits that. Seahawk can actually find and draft good CBs since LOB OVERALL it just hasn’t been the same. More than likely never will

Woolen I believe led the league in interceptions and had equal to and better stats than sauce. This year he's had a sophomore slump but last year he deserved to win droy. And this year Witherspoon deserves it but it will probably go to some more popular team and market. This is what the NFL does @@bobbyfisher2167

The crazy thing is that he's just a tad bit undersized for a corner - his hands are average size and his arm length is a lot shorter than top WRs and DBs. But he still plays with such motor and intelligence, it's a pleasure to watch him.

Seahawks have been fire drafting the past couple years. They got Kenneth Walker, who each of his seasons had at least 900 rushing yards and 8 TDs. Riq Woolen had 6 INTs in his rookie year, including a pick 6, and 16 PDs. Devon Witherspoon has been a menace in his rookie year... And yet, not one has won a rookie of the year.

Spoon is one of the smoothest corners in the league,with sneaky fast speed. A receiver can juke or cut past him and get 5 yards of separation,but by the time the ball gets to the receiver Spoon is there to knock it away. He’s got great speed,excellent hands,recovery ability,great coverage skills and a good tackler. He’s going to be a shut down corner in the league for many years!

Doesn't he just remind you of Sherman. One thing that goes unnoticed about Sherm is how good of a tackler he was. Now, Spoon is an even better tackler. Hopefully, the fact that coach Carroll isn't going to be there anymore doesn't affect his play. Coach was a defensive mind coach.
