Haha dreaming is always good! I've ran with a few of these lady's at rodeos and jackpots before, they are a lot more competition than you think. Arena size and ground condition is EVERYTHING. you may think you can but if you was as good as them wouldn't you be in the NFR? Lol!

I could compete with these ladies. My fastest times is 14.2 and I would have been third place if I had been competing in the NFR, but don't worry I will be there one day.

Fastest time is relative to the size of the arena and ground conditions.Your 14.2 can not be compared to these girls unless you are running on the same ground in the same arena. But good for you to try to compete at there level. Question: What are the measurements between barrels in a standard WPRA barrel pattern? Answer: The barrel distances for a standard size arena (130 ft. wide by 200 ft. long) are as follows: from the score line (starting line) to the 1st and 2nd barrels is 60 feet. The distance between the first and second barrels is 90 feet, and the distance from the 1st and 2nd barrels to the 3rd barrel is 105 feet. A good run for this size of arena would be any time under a 17.50. This is a pretty large arena and remember that all arenas are not the same. So, if you would like a smaller pattern, reduce the distances by 5-10 foot increments for each measurement. rodeo.about.com/od/faqs/f/barrelmeasures.htm

+Mel Gibson This is not a standard pattern. Its close but not quite.

You gotta qualify for the NFR; ONE 14.2 is a fluke, not a pattern of consistency. The shear adrenaline at the Thomas and Mack will blow the minds of all but the very best horses.

K I know this is late but um.. You might have a ran a 14.2 on a 11 second pattern but not the NFR pattern. this is not even close to a standard WPRA pattern either. You guys must be very very very new to this
