Props to the team that made this Chaos Mod version as its certainly funnier to watch than the MW variant! Trading the Safehouse, Car Lot and Invest options in favor of fun effects such as Euro Truck Simulator, Riolu Mode and HelixSnake made for a much better viewing of Chaos and I love how we even got GTA Chaos-inspired effects like Random Tire Popping, Fake Crash and GTA 2! Hopefully in the future NFS Chaos Mod would allow us to have the NFS equivalent of Griefer Jesus XD

3:54 (do not confuse the "riolu" of pokemon) riolu-mo means: slow-mo, lacks fps, this happens in a minor or mid possibility of gobern or potato computers, because, a old game, when the xp exist in the year was launched, other reason is you have almost full the memory of the pc (even if it's advanced)
