Had an integra GS-R though mine was lightened by ditching the back seat, the sound deadening, and the extra stuff. I got chased my a maniac road rager one day. That turbocharged B-18C1 saved my ass that day. She couldn’t catch up to me on the highway. Think I ran out of gear at 150 mph trying to outrun her. Lost her when I took an off ramp at insane speed, I had the suspension for it and the sticky street tires and the big brakes. She went sideways and almost crashed. I didn’t slow down before I looped around and doubled back. Didn’t see her again, guess I lost her

There originally was meant to be a free roam Underground 3 that linked the maps of Underground 1 and Most Wanted actually. It was canceled :(

If you noticed the intro is based on 2 fast 2 furious first skyline race with the bridge ...damn these ppl knew how to do such an inspiring intro for a racing game

This f*cling intro I couldn't pass when I was there, launching the game, with the speakers out loud. I was 20, can't forget. One of the best intros I ever seen, with Total Annihilation. God, I miss my late '90 and early '2000 times ! Medal of Honor, June, 6th, 1944, 6:30am !

Indeed. Unfortunately both franchises have gone to complete shit now. Both catering to the lowest common denominator. One has completely thrown realism out of the window while the other has been cluttered with pesky micro transactions.

Good ol days...I dont know what it was about 90s street racing, but god damn isn't that something just about every car guy wants back...maybe it was the lack of internet and social media influence that made it all more genuine, more real...or maybe it was the older cars that were pre 2000s safety requirements and therefore weighed less, were easier to work on and maintain, they were made by people who wanted to show you they could make a fantastic car, before all the rules were strangled and twisted to the fat ugly bodied cars of the 2000s... No power steering, no traction control, no abs! Manual transmissions. You weren't just connected to the car, you were connected to the earth through the car...Fuck man. How do I keep finding myself writing things like this out on YouTune comment sections

This game sold so good that was the pioneer of pre order tendency. In Spain all copies were out of stock during december so EA had to hire new personal for the xmas campaign to make more copies. The hype was so much, that even EA didnt expect to run out of copies. After that? every company started with their "Pre order now to get the..." Dont forget that. Underground made all the kids from your class, even the freaks, play a racing game. GOd even the boxart was a must have, that game blew that christmas, best present any kid could get
