I do kinda wish the UI display of the Symbiote Abilities would be as they were when you play the game the first time. But in NG+ it still displays as Anti-Venom instead of Symbiote. I also would’ve liked it if the tendrils changed color during the story sequences because I tried that and I thought it would be both cool and hilarious. 😎😂 It’s a small nitpick but I don’t mind it. I’m just really happy with the NG+ update. It makes playing the game even more satisfying because of it.

Memes aside, deep down Peter did NOT want to give harry the suit back. Also the way the symbiote just yanked out the piece of blade from him to avoid getting back onto harry. 🤣🤣🤣

Yeah that was made obvious through the game. Especially when Miles and Lee went into his head and saw Peter felt that the symbiote would make everything easier, and when Peter said "It makes me a better Spider-Man" It was also made obvious that the symbiote wanted Peter

I don't know why people keep blaming Peter for the symbiote's actions or that he corrupted it; the first thing it did on Earth was attack Connors and he lost his arm. The symbiote wanted Peter because he was a stronger host. Chances are Harry would have become Venom no matter what, but bonding with Peter helped accelerate the process and the invasion plans.

@@justinpullen1097 If some random mf tried to touch you, what would you have done? The symbiote didn't "attack" Connors, the symbiote wanted to make him his host. How can the normal symbiote attack you or damage you without a host? It would be just a moving slime. Harry's thoughts to heal the world made the symbiote wanting to heal the world as well. The symbiote became Venom because of Peter's negative thoughts mixing with Harry's positive thoughts. It didn't want any "stronger host", if it wanted a stronger host then Harry wouldn't have become Venom and the symbiote would just get off of him and move to Peter. That's literally why it's called a symbiote, it lives through symbiosis with the host.

@@FunnyRedemption The symbiote was weakened after years of captivity and needed to build up its strength, hence why it took longer to evolve and corrupt like the other symbiotes in the game (hell, parasite would be a more apt word). And again, invasion was always the goal, which the Klyntar are known for. People are blaming the victims in Peter and Harry when the symbiote was the common factor in these toxic relationships.

@@justinpullen1097 It wasn't weakened at all. It was relying on Harry. The symbiote has nothing to do with any invasion. The whole point of the symbiote was to do what the host wanted. Harry wanted to heal the world so the symbiote corrupted other people so that the symbiote can heal their ailments. Harry thought the symbiote can solve it all, just like Peter did. Even the game cover itself says this is an original take on Venom, lol.
