I concur that calling hairlines on CIRCULATED coins “cleaned” is ridiculous. The act of circulating will of course put rub marks on any coin. The grading companies should just consider that par for the course and not mention it on the label.

I'm always amazed to see such small coins (the fractional gold) make it so long and still look beautiful. You ended on a strong note with that seated dollar. Beautiful coin for sure. So many of those in the group are what one dealer I knew would call "Problem Child" coins

You realize folks. That all the gold in California is in a bank in the middle of Beverly hills in somebody else's name. So if you go to California it doesn't matter at all if you've played before. California is a brand new game. Lol

Thanks for the time you spend on each coin. Real lesson on fractional gold. I’ve gone to a 10x loop. It really clears up the hairlines issue I’ve been having disappointment w raw coins I submit. Cheers
