Always hit your 12 or 13 if a dealer has a 2 or 3. There is a reason why it says NOT to hit if the dealer shows a 4-5-6. It doesn't say 2-3-4-5-6. On the flip side, if you have 14-15-16, your likely to bust, the same way the dealer is if they have a 4-5-6 and turn it into a 14-15-16 and you are hoping they draw a 10. You will draw the same 10 that you want them to. So it's a damned if you do damned if you don't. I always hit 12-13 against a 2-3. I almost never hit a 16.

I agree with NG. I hit on 12. If dealer has a 2 showing. Believe it or not 2s are dangerous for the player. I lost lots of money from dealers 2s. 😢. Oh i learned. 😊. Dont play and Drink.
