I’m Glad that some guys who play the game all the time we’re able to give their feed back and thoughts about things that should be changed and fixed and the devs have listened

What they really need is feedback from ppl who actually play the sport irl, it would make the game 100% more realistic, glad at least guys nasher and zack bell got invited instead of just the full time Nhl video game players

What about if it only increases when in a dangerous area like the office and slot? But these changes do sound like improvement.

Once cheese masters (65% of the comminity probably) get the Michigan goal down behind the net, it's going to be a huge plague I think. In 23, you already have to let them back there, because if you chase behind to pin/shove/poke, they'll just hold backhand to get the invincibility bubble and then cross in front for an easy goal. Now you'll HAVE to chase them to flush out the Michigan, giving them the free farside wrap-around goal. If you try wait and hit them on the post as they go for the Michigan, their animation for it will probably be faster than the hit animation/travel time there. "Gretzky's Office" will no longer be just an office, but Google Headquarters, all run by 1 person 😦

literally all you need to do is have the weak side defenseman drop far post and the Michigan and far side wrap cheese is gone.

@@shawnt5205 Is that just on paper though, or have you played 24 and actually tested/defended it that way very consistently? (Legitimate question, not a snarky remark). On PAPER, that's the simple solution for the wrap cheese in 23 too, and will win a forum/KZfaq comment argument in most people's eyes because it sounds easy, valiant, smart, and skilled - but the reality is that the vast majority of the time, the invincibility bubble and/or the animation going at warp speed and basically completing the goal before you can even attempt to really do anything about it, is what winds up happening. Hopefully 24 is different somehow, though it's hard to believe, considering it's the same skating engine. Hopefully something with the new hitting overrides that wonky stuff somehow

@@shawnt5205 Thanks for the honesty! Someone who played it answered me about the invincibility bubble (which happens while holding backhand while turning among other things), and said while it's definitely still there, it doesn't seem to be quite as bad as previous years. So, hopefully the Michigan doesn't just become the new wrap cheese and can be stopped!

What control system do they have for this game? Last nhl I got was 22. I never used the skill stick. That’s a killer if they don’t have hybrid. That’s such a stupid decision to not put hybrid in.

Please tell me we can turn the meter in the center of the ice OFF like every other on ice tips they invent!! I play with zero indicator on except player icon, give me a clean gameplay option.

Do they have that option in NHL22? I heard 23 was a downgrade from 22 which was the best since like 2016, and I have a ps4. Should I Get 22? What’s your thoughts? The last NHL game I played as the 25th year edition on PS3

Everyone's talking about the pressure system, total control etc. What about other gameplay changes? Is the awful passing and horrible teammate AI fixed too?

The overhead camera view is trash. It’s Outdated, but you get to see the whole ice. When you put it on broadcast view it looks like an actual hockey game on tv.

It’s the same storylines same backgrounds couple different light shows everything is the same as 23 except for now we have a woman commentator than that game is basically the same I just watch gameplay of it’s the same

Buddy nhl 24 is shit. NHL 23 way better game. I’ve been playing nhl 24 even with the new Nov 2023 patch and still the game doesn’t play right. Lots of issues. I honestly think I’m gonna go back to nhl 23

I feel like EA walked themselves into a very unnecessary corner with this Pressure Zone. I like the concept, but feel it would be better used if the meter was invisible.

YOU CAN HIDE THE METER IN THE DAM OPTION STOP CRYING..... u can hide all UI
