Күн бұрынRemember that time when EA Sports just didn't use licensed horrible EA Trax music in their games? I sure did so I've decided to upload the brilliant menu music from NHL 97-99. Enjoy this metal sort of greatness.

EA's hockey music in the late 1990's, and early 2000's, really defined the sport. I can't wait 'til they wake up and go back to this type of music.

The feel of this one reminds me a lot of Hell March from Command & Conquer Red Alert. Really fantastic stuff!

Sure we have. Flyers traded his draft rights and half of the team to the Nordiques for Eric Lindros. Who was ironically on the cover of the game after this, NHL 99. Lindros and Pronger were my idols growing up. Main reason I play hockey today.

Sandstorm's early 2k too. Used only because there's nothing better on instrumental tracks anymore.

Love the tune, but it sounds more appropriate for a Carmageddon game from that era. Not complaining that it’s in an NHL game though.
