Bruins didn't have that much depth besides their 1st line but they're tough and physical team. Very hard team to play against. They almost tied the game in the end... proves how hard team they are. Bruins don't have to be ashamed of their run in this series... they played up to their potential. Respect.

Might be the last Stanley Cup run from this Boston Bruins core. Just couldn't find a way to win a road game, but showed plenty of fighting spirit. Great series from the Hurricanes!

i loved this series, it had maximum chaos! so many BOS fans being toxic towards CAR after game 6 but i really enjoyed it and i enjoy watching the canes so its nice to see them make the 2nd round

Ya they played well. Evenly matched series some puck luck and that’s the difference. Only blemish is pastrnak getting elbowed coulda given them a pp opportunity but it is what it is. Canes have a solid squad. Sincerely bruins fan lol

Great game by the Bruins. Whether you like them or not they show why they should be in the playoffs. I respect their ability but I'm happy to finally see us beat them. It's been rough losing to them 3 out of the last 4 playoffs.

Before the series started, Bruins looked great and frightening - and they were great and frightening. Canes deserved to win, but it was quite tight. Bruins were really outstanding, I think they can be proud of themselves.

@@babsme6459 It depends on the team. Last year I wouldn't say, that the Leafs should have been proud of themselves, but this year it is true. Also, I don't know about The Wild. But Capitals and Kings were great. Bruins could have gone really far, if they had beaten Canes, and they had fierce effort.

Most teams that pull the goalie just get scored on but the Bruins did well even in the last 20 seconds to have a shot. The stick breaking was lucky obviously. Good luck canes.

I wish they would have called that hit on Pasta, but the better team won. The Bruins powerplay was really stagnant anyway, and it's hard to come back in the last minute of the game, especially the way Carolina was playing. Hope they make it to the finals

As a Boston Bruins fan, I’m not even going to lie…I didn’t even expect them to win even a single game against the Carolina Hurricanes…the fact that they pushed it to Game 7 is impressive enough for me…I just wish we got it done… Bruins vs. Rangers is infinitely more interesting than Hurricanes vs. Rangers.
