Been a Wings transplant for 20 years out here and was at the Kings on Thursday as well as this one. Props to LAK fans, it was probably 75/25 Kings fans. Different story at Honda Center, it was a hostile takeover. Cool seeing fans rocking all the newer sweaters mixed in with the vintage and winter classic unis and quite a bit of Wolverines swag

Wings look a whooole lot better with Lyon in net. Kudos to Wings fans at this game looks like there are more of them then there are Ducks fans!

That's always the case whenever the Red Wings have met the Coyotes in the playoffs. It's like all the games sounded like home games for the Red Wings.

That is only because when the TEAM defence works and goaltender actually gets string of games in the net instead of constant rotation and defensive blunders. This happened to all goaltenders during the earlier season, both Lyon and Husso stand no chance agaiinst the onslaught that is Detroit defense. Lyon won't be able to (or any goaltender for that matter) the way Wings play defence. Sometimes the effort is nonexistant. They are just waiting goaltender to make a save and that isn't how Ice hockey works.

You have lost the plot if you think this is any different. The defensive woes continue. Goaltender can't bail them out every time, it's question of what is quality of ducks finish.

Всё-таки Детройт Ред Уингз - одна из самых популярных хоккейных команд в Северной Америке, а на территории США так и вовсе, наверное, самая популярная. Это видно по количеству болельщиков в красно-белых джерси на гостевых играх. Практически в любом городе на матчи с участием Детройта приходит много их фанатов. Поэтому НХЛ должно быть выгодно поддерживать такие старые и популярные франшизы. Но Детройт давно не получал высоких пиков на драфте. Пора бы лиге вознаградить старый заслуженный клуб, который уже 100 лет является одним из самых узнаваемых в НХЛ!

As a SoCal native and Ducks fan, it’s always bummed me out that we can never fill the stadium with our own fans. I will say that the Wings fans are some of the worst behaved in the league. Ive seen more of them get kicked out than any other team’s fans. Chicago has some pretty bad ones too.

05:01 just look at the sequence and 05:06 just stop the picture there. Apparently Red Wings play positional defence. They did NOTHING to stop the attack, just "played their part". Look at the gaps and how much space each Ducks player has. This is the travesty for many NHL teams. And the shot is made from the best possible point at the ice (if one timers aren't counted) and Wings are just around the player, not on him. What a f joke. Junior teams do better than NHL professionals.
