As a Kraken Fan, I am slowly becoming attached to Buoy. He is utterly hideous, but his edginess and the constant hair flicks are winning me over.

Yeah when I first saw him revealed, I rattled off a bunch of four-letter words, and cute wasn't one of them lol. But once I watched some videos and took into account his "features" (including the Kraken tentacle, which I didn't mention), I see a very entertaining critter for the kiddos and fans.

Huge missed opportunity to not have a Cthulhu-looking character for one of the biggest nerd culture cities in the US lmao But I definitely like Buoy a lot now. His ugliness is kinda charming in a way and I always get a laugh out of just seeing him do regular mascot things

I’m a Canes fan and really like Stormy because hogs are a part of NC heritage, but I gotta give it to the Ducks. Probably my favorite mascot.

I think it’s also cool to know that the Kings Mascot Bailey was named after “Ace Bailey”, former director of pro scouting. He passed away on 9/11

Gritty is always a fun addition to any atmosphere, especially when he visits Lehigh Valley on occasion for Phantoms home games. If you look it up, mostly you expect pie in the face to be a pie, but no, the MFer uses a whole literal sheet cake and I’m all for that chaos. During the season following the bubble during Covid, he also built his own “man cave” at ice level and would do his own antics there, including a ball pit. Gritty is his own entity, not just a mascot

Can confirm as a resident of the valley that anytime gritty makes the trip to Allentown, it’s always fun. Even as a fan of a division rival, I can’t deny how much he brings to a game

If you don't think Gritty is the best mascot ever then you are pretty insane. I think my favorite moment is when it came in on a wrecking ball during a game. Just honestly the greatest thing to point at if you want to show people why Philadelphia is great.

As a bruins fan, kids actually love blades, especially like 4 year olds, and is really active in the community, I’ve seen him “attempt” to drink a bud light

Louie’s stage presence is really good too, from smacking a drum to get fan chants started to dumping popcorn on Blackhawk’s fans, he is hilarious and fun to have at enterprise center (My opinion)

Sparky the Dragon served as the mascot for the New York Dragons Arena Football League team. Both the Dragons and the Islanders shared the Nassau Colosseum. When the Dragons folded, the Islanders took on Sparky as their mascot and as a tribute. So Youppi! isn’t the only mascot to cross over to a different professional sport. Although, I think Youppi! still might be the only mascot ever to be ejected from a game!😂. Great videos, man! - 🐜

I honestly never gave the mascots much though so I found this an interesting topic that makes me want to consider checking them out. But maybe a recommendation for a future vid maybe possibly give some insight into the lower divisions like the OHL or WHL

I have to disagree. I think Hunter is adorable and hilarious. I love him. Stanley has great stage presence and the moves. Harvey & Bernie are so cute, i just wanna hug them. Iceburgh, I love for his goofy appearance and dancing 😂. I'm a Canucks fan, so Fin (with people's heads in his mouth 😂) is always gonna be my number 1 🏆

As a Dallas Stars fan I absolutely agree with D-tier for Victor E. Green though I more so relate him to the Huston Astros Orbit but that may be because its an in state mascot

As a flyers fan I was on the fence when he was first revealed. The flyers didn’t have a mascot, the flyers didn’t need a mascot, and we get stuck with this ugly orange thing. Then Gritty responded to Iceburgh’s tweet with “sleep with one eye open bird.” At that point I realized that Gritty wasn’t a mascot, he was the personification of Philly fandom. That’s when I knew that the Flyers had hit it out of the park with their mascot.

My favorite mascots the St Louis Blues mascot Louie,Vegas Golden Knights mascot Chance, Boston Bruins mascot Blades, the seattle kraken mascot buoy isnt to bad i would say, The San Jose Sharks mascot SJ Sharkie he looks very cool, the anahiem ducks mascot Wild Wing, Philadelphia flyers mascot gritty

So actually sparky used to be the mascot for the Long Island dragons arena football team then they folded and was adopted by the islanders hence the color change to royal blue from navy blue

Which size do you use for your NHL jerseys? I am thinking about buying one but I am a little lost about the sizes

Here is the official size chart for both Adidas and Fanatics jerseys: shop.nhl.com/jersey-sizing/x-694661+z-796320-2865280714 Comparing these two brands: Fanatics jerseys fit smaller (shorter) than Adidas jerseys. For tshirts, I usually wear medium, and I do have a Fanatics jersey in medium; however, I would prefer a Large so it fits a little baggier and longer. I want to wear a couple layers under my jersey in cold weather, so a bigger size would be better for me. I'm 6'0 and 170 lbs, fyi. Adidas jerseys run long and a little larger. I have a long torso, so I love Adidas jerseys. While a medium t-shirt will fit me snugly, a "medium" Adidas jersey (size 50) will fit me pretty baggy. So that being said, I can wear a "small" (size 46) comfortably as well. I don't even think a "large" (size 52) would be all that much bigger.

LOL I agree with your list for the most part, but as long as Gritty is #1, we're good. Funniest mascot I've ever seen. As a Leafs fan, I'd put Carlton the Bear closer to the bottom of the list than you did. To be honest, he's rather boring IMO. Good video. Keep up the good work 👍🏻

Chance is dope ! Best looking mascot. Slapshot is sharp. Thunderbug grows a playoff beard 😂 Seattle couldn't make a kraken mascot ? Yes he would need legs but come on . Buoy looks like a trolls movie reject. Stinger was my favorite logo I don't care what anyone says ! I even found a hat with him on it recently.

I'm a little concerned that, unless he puts on a sweater, he'll catch a cold 😆 He's like an action figure in a mascot's body...I guess I can like that. Besides, if I were to support an EIHL club, it would hands-down be Belfast; they wear teal (like my Sharks), they're called the Giants (like my favorite baseball team), and they're from the same town my 3x great grandfather was born. Sir. SIR. I highly disagree with Hunter's placement on this here list. Maybe not S or A Tier, certainly, but at least a C at minimum. _Minimum,_ sir. I will not hear this slander! (But considering that a Chonk Factor bears a significant influence over your picks, I shall forgive you. Such an often overlooked but very important component)

Sparky needs to be lower. Nothing is original with the Islanders. Sparky is left over mascot from an old arena football team that played in Nassua Coli. Their goal celebration is from a WWE wrestler and the fisherman is from the fish stick brand.
