It's good to see somebody finally giving some respect to the Leafs, all I hear is 'Leafs going out in the 1st round!' :-\ If the Leafs get to the semifinals and, say, do get matched up vs Colorado, & the Avs win, at least the Leafs made it that far for a change. I'd be delighted if they just got past the 1st or even 2nd round for once.

im be very surprised to see them out first round but think it be close round 2 going to game 7 but with oilers or jets taking it. my bet is on oilers

Kirill is what turned this team around he gets the energy going around him and thats why were seeing more production out of our other lines

Im sorry but the habs vs leafs argument is total bs. The habs have way more depth than the leafs AND they have proper defence and goaltenders that don't let in 5-6 goals per game (im looking at you andy). Habs have 4 solid lines, leafs do not.

Just saying that you're brackett is incorrect . I have the same final foure as you but its not the north division vs the west , and not necessarly the east vs central 2 , you have to go in the final standings of the league and take the for team you choose for the final four , and plays the 1st vs 4th and the second vs 3rd so it's Colorado vs Boston and Catrolina vs Toronto otherwise i have minnesota in 7 me too ;)

You're the first person I've seen to give Minnesota a chance against Vegas. Everyone states they will be lucky not to get swept.

They did just as good as Tampa this year. They’re definitely gonna be the biggest dark horse coming into the playoffs and I can see them going deep, coming from a leafs fan.

I respect your predictions on the avs beating the leafs, they’re a great team. But I don’t think bruins would make it out of the division

The Avs earned the top seed overall in the playoffs this year so they've shot right to the top as far as picking a Cup favorite goes. That West Division though looks like a meat grinder, Good Luck to the Avs, Knights, Wild, and Blues, whomever comes out of that division just might be the favorite to carry the Stanley Cup, but we'll know soon enough.
