People got mad at the lightning for ltir even though the 2 players literally never played a single game for us. These people are using ltir on major players and then conveniently getting them back for the playoffs

Really sorry to hear about Jonathan Drouin. As you correctly say, Mike, he's had a truly impressive rebound season with the Avs, following his previous difficulties in Canada, prior to this year's campaign. Hopefully, if the Avs do make it safely through the first-round, then JD will be back in the lineup in time for the start of Round 2. Not an Avs guy, myself (Red Wings man, actually😁!), but definitely a real hockey fan overall and that's why I hope that Jonathan Drouin is back in the lineup soon: his return to form, this season, has been a real plus for the NHL and sport in general. Thanks for your continuing fine work, Mike👍!

Great Video, as usual, Mike. I don't want to get into this, but, I can't believe Arizona Coyotes Fans are mad at Owner, with all of these obvious resistance from Arizona Officials. While I am not siding with him, at the very least, they should give him the benefit of the doubt (It's not as if there wasn't any type of resistance by Officials in building An Arena).

I'm a Flyers fan, so I love that Kyle Dubas is their GM. He's even more ineffectual than Ron Hextall. Dubas regrets trading Guentzel? Then why did he? They had tons of time to talk extension.

PS. I think, that, if things keep up like this, Alex Meruelo is going to get fed up & bail on Arizona. Therefore, even if it's true, that he has no intention of bringing Hockey back to the desert, they're certainly making it easy to put the blame on the Officials & Arizona. Please let me know what you think

Alex didn't want to give up on owning the team and had to accept a possible expansion team down the road. Lets see what he does or doesn't do. Give him sometime to catch up. He probably hasn't slept in weeks. After buying the team in 2019, he immediately had to deal with COVID and lost lots of money. He then had a GM who broke league rules and the team lost draft picks two years in a row. His team was situated on the far west side of town impossible for fans central and east to get there during weekday games. Tempe turned down a good deal and will end up with a town dump for many many years. A lot of this was out of Alex's control. He has made mistakes for sure. Let go and see if he can rebound. He did what was right for the players. They couldn't keep playing at Mullet Arena for another three years at minimum. It sucks but we will follow the team in SLC and cheer them on. Season Ticket Holder 28 years.
