What you have explained is the details of LED TV in detail. Essentially it is for consumer awareness. No sensible end user would repair his equipment, just because of this video. Only basic knowledge is given. the consumer can ask the service man the possibility of repairing than replacing the T V or the intricate circuit boards. As the accumulation of electronic waste which is already a huuuuuge environmental problem all over the planet, more so in India. We had the concept and practice of repairing and using for ages. With the advent of use and throw manufacturing ( Chinese Doctrine) and making it cheaper is harming the planet. So chip level service should be maximum encouraged. This way we are helping to minimize the use of precious and costly raw materials.

Thanks bro, ആദ്യമായ് ആണ് ഈ ചാനൽ കാണുന്നത്. ഞാൻ ആദ്യമായിട്ട് ആണ് ഇന്നൊരു LED TV repair ചെയ്യാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചത്... Back light issue. Voltage 180v വരെയോക്കെ വന്നിട്ട് തിരിച്ചു 4V പോയി നിൽക്കും... അപ്പോഴേ ഒരു സംശയം വന്നു LED ആകാം എന്ന്. അങ്ങനെ search ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ KZfaq കൃത്യം സ്ഥലത്ത് തന്നെ എത്തിച്ചു...😅😅😅 LED മാറി നോക്കണം പിന്നെ ബ്രോ, Just, just ന്ന് പറയുന്നത് കുറക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കണം.... നമ്മൾ അറിയാതെ തന്നെ വരുന്നതാണ്... But keep it in mind😊

ഞാൻ impex led tv ഉപയോഗിച്ചു വരികയായിരുന്നു. ഇടക്ക് പിക്ചർ പോയി. സൗണ്ട് ഉണ്ട്. Impex ഓഫീസിൽ പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ അവർ പറയുന്നത് back light സ്റ്റോക്കില്ല panel മൊത്തം മാറാം 13500 രൂപയാകും എന്നു. 3 വർഷം മുമ്പു 17000ത്തിനു വാങ്ങിയത് ആണ്. ഒടുവിൽ കളയാൻ വച്ചിരുന്ന tv കൂട്ടുകാരന്റെ പറഞ്ഞതു പോലെ തൊട്ടടുത്തുള്ള tv technician നെ കാണിച്ചു. 350 രൂപക്ക് back light വാങ്ങി ഫിറ്റ് ചെയ്തു. സംഗതി ഒക്കെ. എങ്ങനെയുണ്ട്?

Bro എന്റെ impex tv ഇപ്പൊ work ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല....ചെറിയ എന്തെങ്കിലും പ്രശ്നം ആണെങ്കിൽ സ്വന്തം ആയി നോക്കാം എന്ന് വിചാരിച്ചു ആണ് വീഡിയോ കണ്ടത്.....എന്റെ tv power light കത്തുന്നുണ്ട് ..but സ്ക്രീൻ on ആവുന്നില്ല....എന്ത് ചെയ്യും ഇനി

ഇതിനു എക്സ്പീരിയൻ സ് ഒന്നും വേണ്ട. വീഡിയോയിൽ പറഞ്ഞപോലെ ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചുചെ യ്‌താൽ ഒരു എട്ടിന്റെ പണിയും കിട്ടൂല. എട്ടിന്റെ പണി കിട്ടും എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു അഹങ്കാരിക്കുന്നവർ അഹങ്കാരികളായി നടക്കട്ടെ. എന്റെ 24ഇഞ്ച് വീഡിയോകോൺ ടീവി ഞാൻ ഇതിൽപറഞ്ഞ പോലെ ഒരു എൽ ഈ ഡി സ്ട്രിപ്പു വാങ്ങി മാറ്റി വെച്ചു ഇപ്പോൾ ഒരു കമ്പ്ലൈന്റും ഇല്ല. അടിപൊളിയായി വർക് ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇതിന് സർവീസ് സെന്ററിൽ 2000മുതൽ 2500വരെ ചിലവ് വരും എന്നാണ് സർവീസ് സെന്ററിൽ നിന്ന് പറഞ്ഞത്.. ഇതൊക്കെ നമ്മൾ മിനക്കെട്ടാൽ നമുക്ക് തന്നെ ശരിയാകാനേ ഉള്ളു. . ഇതുപോലുള്ള വീഡിയോ കാണുമ്പോൾ സർവീസ് ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്കും ഹാലിളകും. അവരുടെ അന്നം മുട്ടുമോ എന്ന വേവലാതി യായിരിക്കും അവർക്ക്. ഇനിയും ഇത് പോലുള്ള വീഡിയോ പ്രദീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

when my old tv had the same issue the repair guy asked 3,500 for repairing,it was a 32inch model used for 8yearsand so we bought new 43 inch as there was offer and i tried to do this myself with the help of yt,i removed the led strip from the panel and got the replacement unit for merly 400 rupess(for 2 strip),imagine for hardly 45min work the repair guys are demanding 3000-4000 rupees,if u change these led then ur repair cost will be down to even 10-50 inr,only thing u need a lot of patience while removing pannel as there are so many layers like polarizer,

Led tv യുടെ ഡിസ്പ്ലേ കുട്ടികൾ വടി എറിഞ്ഞു കേട് വരുത്തിയ ഡിസ്പ്ലേ ഇതുപോലെ ശരിയാകാൻ പറ്റുമോ. വീഡിയോ ചില ഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ മാത്രമേ കാണുന്നുള്ളൂ എൽ ഈ ഡി ലൈറ്റ് സ്ക്രീൻ മുഴു വനും കാണുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇത് ശരിയാകാൻ പറ്റുമോ. ഏറു കൊണ്ട ഭാഗം മാത്രം കരുത്ത് ഇരുണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു മറ്റു ഭാഗങ്ങളിലൊക്കെ വീഡിയോ കാണാം. ഇതിനെക്കുറിച്ച് ഒന്നുവിസതീകരിച്ചാൽ വളരെ ഉപകാരമായിരുന്നു.

Though I am an electronic technician, I don't bother to repair LED, LCD TVs due to the complications involved in it.You are maximum sincere, don't waste much time needlessly. This can be done by only electronic technicians. Others not to attempt this experiment. Wish you all the best..... I have attended several LED ,LCD classes, they have not taught a detailed class like you. In your attempt, you have included many noval tip's. Using iron box for removing LEDs, application of glue like lead etc.

ഓരോ ടെക്നിക്കൽ മേഖലകളിലും അതിൻ്റെതായ വിദഗ്ദ്ധ പരിശീലനം നേടിയ ടെക്നീഷ്യൻമാരുണ്ടാകും . പ്രത്യേഗിച്ച് LED LCD ടിവികളുടെ സർവ്വീസ് മേഖല വളരെയധികം സങ്കീർണതകൾ നിറഞ്ഞതാണ് . പാനൽ സംബന്ധമായ സർവ്വീസുകൾ വിദഗ്ദ്ധരായ ടെക്നീഷ്യൻമാർ പോലും വളരെ ജാഗ്രതയോടെയാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത് . താങ്കൾ വ്യൂവേഴ്സിനെ കൂട്ടാനായി ഇത് പോലെയുള്ള വീഡിയോകൾ ചെയ്ത് പബ്ളിക്കിനെ കാണിച്ച് അവരെ കൊണ്ട് അവർക്ക് പറ്റാത്ത പണി ചെയ്യിച്ച് അവർക്ക് തന്നെ ധനനഷ്ടം ഉണ്ടാക്കരുത് . ഓരോത്തർക്കും ഓരോ പണി പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട് . അത് ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് നല്ലത്

ഒരു Led strip എത്രയാ price ? എൻ്റെ Samsung 40 " 4 Series Led tv യുടെ center ൽ മാത്രം picture കാണുന്നുള്ളൂ രണ്ട് സൈഡിലും ലൈറ്റ് കുറവായിട്ടാണ് കാണുന്നത്. ഇത് Led Strip മാറ്റിയാൽ റെഡിയാവുമേ?
