I learned from Human Japanese Intermediate that you have to use へ if you're talking about going in a direction, like 東へ行きました - "I went east"

I loved this video. The examples are so usefull for me. My problem with japanese is the constrution of a phrase because my native linguage is so complex so I ever translate everything 😅😂
