年长者。有些因为视力的问题所以会少用数码。想想要付钱，可能就要花比较久的时间看那小小的字幕。用现金，很方便又不用伤眼神。

现在什么都数码化，那银行有什么能保证数码记录不会消失，不被偷窃，如果有大故障记录消失，他们会这么处理。记者或许可以去采访银行管理，给人民一个明白。所以还要很多人愿意还是用银行账本做记录要安全

電子支付只是增加普通人麻煩，付錢是很方便，但退款、找錯錢、乃至不小心按到電子詐騙，要討回來就難了。電子支付只是中間商、政府、和詐騙者的方便工具，並不是方便普通人。

我们使用了很久的net就是不必掏出现款的，年长者们记忆力都不好，他们平时也很少花钱。政府又何必勉强他们去学呢？万一被骗钱了谁来负责？

说的学习数码，我们这个社会对老年人存有偏见，好像我们是阻碍社会进步的绊脚石、罪人。我是个受过高等教育的人，但对一大堆交易都靠用数码，还是心存疑虑。不是不学或学不好，不是不会，是不要，不想要。怎么？不行吗？

无现金应该是另一个选项，不该是强制性质。文盲，视力弱者面对的挑战更大，一不小心被诈骗还要被周遭的人责怪。用现金会有痛的感觉，用钱会更谨慎!

Fully agree what the lady say.. They don't need much to live.. They just want a simple and quite life..don't force our senior do what they don't want to do.. Respect their decision.. As long they feel safe and happy.. The most important.

Is like a picky eater, most likely a picky eater become a picky eater, is not because they do not like to eat new things, but rather they afraid of trying new things and they do not know what they had missed out. My elderly relatives still play pokemon go and those that play even influence their peers to be their gang... no doubt those who reject will remain reject on new things even they tried... but from my experience, many actually blame us youngster for not introducing them new things earlier but clearly they rejected initially. So my take is, like how you treat picky eater, expose them to new things, force them to try.. and after that still dont like, let it be. Because you will never know whether they dont really like, or just that they do not know that they like it.

The problem is usually these group of seniors will need help one day which may be available outside of their comfort zone of contacts. Gov made available these aid channels via the digital world. Like kumpong kakis, all uses whatsapp to communicate. No telephone number. And to these seniors, when they need help that they usually cannot get from their usual channels, they pick up the phone to call. So like that how? I mentioned many times to these organizatons that they should at least have a telephone number that people can call, but it falls on deaf ears. They give me the look like 'nowadays everyone uses smartphone and social media, why you even ask for a phone number?'

你不是老人不能理解他她也不要去.... 老人的学历大多小学初中高中就很少了加上眼力不好银行发一堆信息都是英语的真的！假的老人分得清楚吗？对！手机Pay…… 不太懂，要问他人又怕个人资料漏... 问孩子又不耐烦用卡按錢！一天限按三千块被骗损失不惨重用手机Pay……转账一次可以转几十千出去被骗一次太惨了老人！会不担心吗？没压力吗？老人只是希望可以用让自己安心的方式付款

Bank account inside must have money 💰 too. Ah ma is correct. If she don't know better don't using. Because scammer may hacked her account when she anyhow download app as she accidentally pressed it. So using cash is safer.

希望政府让支付方式多样化让囯人，外劳，游客可以用自己觉得安心的支付方式像现在很少人用支票清算支票成本高那银行就提高一点的收费没人要求银行亏本为客户服务客户只想安心

如果政府沒有計劃在未來幾年取消現鈔，那為什麼那麼在意年長者有沒有用數碼付款？讓他們輕鬆舒服過日子不行嗎？另外年長者絕大多數用便宜的android 手機，而android 的安全性比起蘋果差強人意。政府在推年長者數碼化前，是不是應該先解決android的安全性？

不可以完全推动无现金支付，凡事都要给人有选择。手机坏了，不见了，电量低就不用买食物吃了。不用去效法其他国家无现金。年轻人的思想有些是不可以跟从的。以前年轻人说裤子不要有口袋，现在人家裤子要有口袋放手机，锁匙。以前年轻人要屋子小，现在年轻人要五房式。屋子小让人觉得压迫。手机滑久了手指印可能会磨掉，而且手会裂，我包了几次handiplus.用手机付款不好，现钱和卡比较方便。很多年轻人自己也是在手机上被骗钱。钱和卡比较好用。手机附款不好。

@@user-tf8ib2hb7i 那里有乱说，真的有年轻人不要裤子有口袋，有一段时期，满多裤子没有口袋的，可怕😨。那些卖衣服的，听了年轻人的话，卖蛮多没有口袋的裤子。你们有没有买到，没有口袋的裤子？我对面的neighbors,他的老公说，他的老婆，时常出门带keys,时常回来，找不到 keys. 我对他的妈妈说，要穿有口袋的裤子（口袋要deep).有些口袋浅，key 会掉出来，card也会掉出来，蛮可怕😨的。

Do take note that some senior citizen doesn't even went to school before or only have primary 1 or 2 educational level. It will be more difficult for these folks to learn IT as they cannot even read English or Chinese.

Same as my mum, she refused to learn digital payments. She don't even dare give out bank account number for others to pay her money that they own her for 20 years. She travel all the way to east side to collect payments when someone wanna repay her $50 or $100. She scare she anyhow touch the smartphone it will use up her money. 😂

Nothing big deal about the online service . Consumers must be given a choice on the mode of transaction. When u get to the age with illness n aging process set in, it becomes difficult to focus. The people who benefit from the system can continue to do what pleases them but not at the expense of the others.

Have u considered and addressed diminishing eyesight and slow fingers. What happens if u make a mistake is there a refund? My dad lost $1000 when he tried to deposit cash at a posb atm and was pushed around from the posb to the police and back and never got his money back. That is why they always queue up at the counter. Cash is king!

60 days credit terms is the best way to encourage senior to go cashless. We use to have 555 booklets in those days and it is cashless too.

Everyone's learning ability is different. Thats why although we are talking about seniors, some even can do it while others can't. Most of those who cannot do it usually have problems learning certain types of skills. These category of seniors just need some encouragement and lots of patient for the one who teaches. Some just simply don't want to learn because they feel that their family members can help. There was a senior who don't even have a dumb phone. I told him if he is trapped in the lift how? He said just press lift emergency help button and wait for help. I then told him if one day someone need help and he need to call police or ambulance how? He then cannot answer, but after all that he still refuses to even get a feature phone, don't even want to learn basic texting and calling.

等到都變數位貨幣你就知道, 直接給你負利率, 你躲都沒得躲. 你愛存錢是不是, 不只不給你利息, 還扣你的利息. 現在的貨幣體制沒辦法實施負利率就是因為有現金, 人民可以把現金領走不放戶頭裡. 等你全變數位貨幣你完全領不出來, 他們愛怎麼扣, 就怎麼扣. 一年扣20%負利率, 你的錢5年就扣到0 了. 這樣你們還在喊數位貨幣好進步? 人民真的很無知, 沒辦法.

日本，瑞士之前实习负利率时代，不是人民存款负利率，而是央行负利率，是日本，瑞士，欧洲央行负利率。

Singapore old folks in general is lazy to learn. Even my mum in 70s, despite of she is English educated, does even wan to learn Whatsapp, texting and etc. However she is good to watch utube & drama on hp. Rather approach kids or grandkids for help. Never installed banking app. But at least must learn how to use WhatsApp or sms.

银行软件有母语版本吗？连中国的农民，小贩，路边卖菜，即使是乞丐（10年前我到上海公干）在路边，提着纸皮叫人扫码捐款。当时我就讶异新加坡已经落后，上海很早就转道了。我中国前同事最近来新加坡探访，很不习惯用现金。孩子也就在新年时才会用现金，其他时候几乎95%都是电子付款了。

中国大力度推广cashless , 主要是为了如今的发布的电子货币做准备，从而可以进一步控制中国人的个人财富，等到电子货币全面普及，全民的家底都掌握在政府手里，你的个人财产都变成了政府给你一个虚拟数字币，可政府持有最终解释权.而且这种数字币还不具备纸币一样的兑换外汇的价值，只能在中国境内流通，使用方式也各种条条框框.
