Niagara Falls Zipline Scam?

Is this Niagara Falls biggest tourist scam? This is a question I have asked myself often over the past few years.
My 76 year old mother was recently on Vacation here in Canada and she insisted she wanted to "Zipline over the falls". those were her words as she had seen it on KZfaq and on an advertisement, so it must be true.
Zipline to the Falls is a highly rated tourist attraction at Niagara Falls on the Canadian side, but for some reason the media has spun the attraction differently than that of the operator.
Regardless though, they are all wrong, but does it make it a scam?
Well it's defiantly a tourist trap
So, i took my mother ziplining, but i refused to do it myself and ill explain why in this video.

it’s definitely a rip off. they must have a super buggy automatic editor for the video package. glad your mum had a great time though!

The zipline we did in Costa Rica was very impressive, with many stations along the way. Well worth the money. This one looks like a ripoff!

I Have done one in UK, fastest in Europe i think it said, way better, much more fun and half the price, plus second go was 50% off first price

Glad your mom got to do the zipline! I often thought of doing it but the price seems a bit steep for what it is. I think I will try it on my next visit as at least it is a new way to experience Niagara Falls. On my last visit, I did the Whirlpool Jet Tour Boat. It was fantastic but they get you with an extra video purchase as well. The video did have some neat shots of me getting soaked but overall the price of the video wasn't worth it. I don't think I would do it but I also hate heights. As for the editing I'm sure most of it is easy and pre-made but for the amount of people that do the zip line can't expect every video to be just perfect.

I never have done that considering how many opportunities I've had to lol just never interested me at all id rather stand by the Horseshoe Falls at Terrapin Point or Table Rock Welcome Center and watch water flow over the brink

Best place and free. Only attraction that is worth the experience is defiantly the maid of the mist or hornblower

Thanks for saving me the 80 bucks 😂... Looked at it several times and thought maybe next time. Still going to keep thinking that, because ya clearly not worth the price.

there are better zipline rides out there, trust me, know one is taking in the view. If you want a great view, pay $32 and ride Hornblower. much better value

You get any waterspouts last week i seen 55 Waterspout Funnel Clouds and 7 Mature Waterspouts on Lake Erie in Fairport Harbor Ohio last Saturday

@@NigelHay I haven't seen anything today waterspout wise with these lake effect showers I'm in Ohios typical snowbelt we see alot of different weather down here
