Niall Horan is back on “The Voice” Season 24 as the reigning champ! He sits down with “Extra” to chat about the new season, which also marks the first ever without Blake Shelton. Niall sizes up the competition from John Legend, Gwen Stefani, and Reba McEntire and opens up about how his own experience on “The X Factor” is an asset. He also dishes on getting back out on the road and touring for the first time in years.

Jhon and Nialls brotherly dynamic is AWESOME!!! Miss Him amd blakes banter tho. But i love his relationship with Reba. Also i think Niall has the ability to be THE NEXT BLAKE especially consodering blake himself said "Nialls gonna be the new king of the voice"

Never really been a fan of solo Niall, but the more I watch him on this show the more I like him. He’s always seemed distant and aloof until now. He still doesn’t have a great stage presence when he performs, but he does have a great voice and his personality is developing and getting warmer. He will never have the charisma that Harry does, who does?! That’s just God given and can’t be learned, but he’s come a long way and I’m excited to watch him continue!

Niall was not on x factor dublin, was uk .

That’s incorrect. Niall’s original audition was on the 7th season of X Factor Dublin. The coaches were Simon, Louis Walsh, Cheryl Cole, Katy Perry. Simon said yes, Louis said yes, Cheryl said no. Katy hesitated a lot and said Niall needed “to grow”, but finally said yes. He then went to boot camp in the UK.

I loved @BlakeShelton & was sorry to see him go, though I understand he has his own life to live. Blake’s sense of humor is hilarious! He truly cared about his team. I think Reba’s doing great on the show. It’s not a matter of liking Blake more than Reba. It’s about enjoying & missing Blake’s personality & what he brought to the show & his artists. I will say I prefer Reba to Kelly Clarkson. They tease Niall for talking so much, but he’s nothing, not even close, when compared to Kelly, which I found very annoying.
