I remember her before she got famous. she use to go to my elementary school in Harlem P.S.197 (John B. Russwurm ) she was 3 grades above me. I didn't know her personally but, I remember seeing her around in the school. I also remember seeing her in a laundromat in Harlem and her mother was scolding her saying "look at you. coming outside like that. you don't even match" lol

Niatia is the realest, I don't care what anyone says. She's truly someone to look up to. She is intelligent, down to earth, and a positive spirit. Someone that can go through so much (in the spotlight) and still be a positive example to young Black girls. If you listen she really does say the realest shit. Lol I love that Monsters Inc analogy, one of my favorite disney movies. I always had respect for Lil Mama.
