My wife inherited her dad’s 46b. It’s the most fun gun to shoot that we own. It’s extremely accurate , too! .

Superb shooting! Nice to see what these old rifles are capable of! I just picked up a somewhat sad 46B(b) as my latest project. Broken buttplate, couple missing parts, bent magazine, fairly common problems for old stuff. Bought the S130 peep for it because the factory barrel prep seems to have something wrong with it, last thing I need to do is fix the scope mount threads, they’re pretty well mangled. The fixed aperture of the S130 is a little dark with artificial light, so this will have to be an outdoor gun for me, I think. Glad to have found your channel!

Something special about one with wood instead of polymer & a good peep sight although a fiber optic front sight does help older eyes. Very good groups Sir. 🎯 👍

Nice accurate .22! First gun I ever shot was a Ruger 10/22 that was my Dad's. Still have it.

The barrel rear sight also has three different views, U, V, and aperture rotate wafer to choose. Check Numrich, may have. My eyes not good enough anymore. The last of the 46 series is the 46B (b) mine was made I think in 1947 . It will like yours hold 20 lr in the tube. I got lucky and found Numrich had scope mount with weaver rail that went on by removing the 2 thread plugs, the only part I didn't like was, had to remove bolt shield and rear sight, (s130 peep fixed aperture). Nice to use any of my good scopes however. Really need anymore 62 year old eyes. Have you checked to see if your trigger is pull weight adjustable, not sure when this was added, maybe only for B (b) last of the upgrades. Don't think there was a 46B (c) Are you anywhere near Painted Post ?

I've got one of these in fact I just posted a video of it, it is extremely accurate and well made mine has a 26" barrel.

Well if you have the 46B it would have the adjustable trigger. Or perhaps someone replaced the trigger with one from a 47BT. I have the 46B(b) so it has the "upgraded" S130 and it shoots single holes at 25yd. I have a number of vintage Mossies, Cooeys and LakeFields that I use with new shooters. Great firearms. Thanks for the video and hopefully we'll see more.

I have found that a weaver k4 or k6 can really make these guns shine!

verry nice korel in the front en gordeus stock !!!! sad he missing the keep but a real jewerly nibs take verry good care of i t !!!! you are a lukky men i think.i have haelt problems .but i enjoy from evri minuit to you sie bezy with your hobby en your nice climaat !!!! her nothing as rain and wind for the moment
