Fiona resembling her dad really helps the scenes, especially walking out of the hospital where the shadows obscure her face. It gives the impression of Charles finally walking away from the bloodsoaked overalls in the one things he's wanted since becoming Chucky - a new body, human and free.

Thought the same thing. Not sure what her mom looks like but she has her dads face. And I think that’s what they wanted IOU’s to feel, because she wore the long trench coat like we’ve seen Charles Lee Ray in, etc.

@@kimberly11091 oh really? I didn’t really know much about brad dourif aside from him being in one flew over the cuckoos nest and those horrible rob zombie Halloween remakes. She’s definitely a great actress, where you can tell she’s probably having a blast playing.... I’m not even sure at this point, because I have to rewatch Curse of chucky. I didn’t understand how it ended the way it did. Thought I read something where chuckys soul divided into more than one person? Very confusing. Had hoped to never see Glenda ever again until I read hes the school janitor or something. A movie I’d love to erase from my memory it was so bad. That’s when they went even further than ever with too much comedy.

'Cause Fiona was only seven when the first movie came out and now she's almost 40. She's watched her daddy's films since day one which include Cuckoo's Nest with Nicholson and Mississippi Burning with Hackman.

That’s the only time in the last two films combined that they got along. Honestly, they’re based on Fiona’s childhood since she was little when the first Chucky came out. And of course maybe Brad even got a doll for her.

With this sequel and the one before, it became official that Chucky earned his place as an OG slasher villain. He may have failed numerous times in the older sequels. But with this storyline he proved that he and even Tiffany are smart enough to be placed in the same lead as Freddy and Jason. Ghostface for example was always a carefully planned concept. It can be anybody. On top of that ghostface is always tied down to one little hometown. Chucky and Tiffany on the other hand can be a killer doll and anyone all at the same time. So with that alone Chucky won and officially became immortalized. So now we can no longer say that killing them is as easy as burning or shooting a doll multiple times. Because now his intelligence is almost in the same level as jigsaw. And that right there makes him a terrifying supernatural force of nature.

He changed his desires, and that changed it all. Anyway, I think Chucky has never been very smart. He is impulsive, and like Meyers, a randomic kind of personality. Anyway, now he is for sure getting stronger.

What's really effective about this is we're seeing the worst case scenario of the franchise. For so long everything was about stopping Chucky from gaining a human body,and now he's walking free in one. Never thought we'd see the day.

He finally got a body. You would think that would be the end of the movie franchise. Can't wait to see how it all ends for him in his TV series. One thing I never understood about this scene is if he transferred only his spirit into her body, how did that somehow fix her spine and cure her paraplegic medical state? He should have remained in the straight jacket and paralyzed from the waste down.

@@depressedcakke3877 The voodoo priest in the first film could answer that. He said "You're becoming human." Linger he stayed in that form tbe more human he became. Hy the 3rd film when his face got sliced open, it's the closest we will ever see to his becoming human under his plastic. A spine is probably there too.

Finally Dr Foley was killed, I couldn’t stand that guy. Coming from a killer doll he was diabolical. Abuse Nica, rapes Nica, taunting Nica, hypnotize Nica, tries to gaslight her to admit she killed her family, even wanted to write a book about how insane Nica is. Made me wanted to wipe the smug out of that psychiatrist’s face.

Really hoping that in the TV series is reveals how Tiffany and Chucky met. I theorize either Tiffany was a giant fangirl of Charles Lee Ray or Chucky stalked her just like he did Nica's mom, but Tiffany found that Chucky killing for her more romantic than psychotic. Which is kind of what she did in Bride of Chucky when she tried making him jealous with the guy she had tied down to the bed.

When he first started acting, he appeared in a Jack Nicholson movie called One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. The guy got an Oscar nod, Golden Globe & BAFTA awards. And it only took him one movie to earn all that.
