THUNDER POST BANLIST this week 😋 ◼ Hadn't notice that I was playing only 2 Shizuku btw. I think during editing the decklist I remove 1 by mistake or something because it's a card that you always want to play 3 at least in my experience. You can use the third copy of Shizuku instead Azalea o the second Zeke. ✌😁

I'm really surprised that Tenpai player didn't use Forbidden Droplet at 4:42, sending Baidora. That would have let Baidora resolve to search the quick play spell, then they could have activated it in the battle phase to special summon Chundra and OTK from there. Regardless, Sky Strikers are looking better than ever, with 3 Engage joining modern tools like Linkage and Triple Tactics Thrust. It looks like a lot of fun!

S:P is just one of those cards where in a competitive scene it's a hindrance to not have it. She's super easy to make and her effects are stupid good. She doesn't really have anything to compare to. That being said, if you're looking for spot removal, going to 2 Azalea probably isn't a bad idea. You can also use Effect Veiler and use Selene for an easy Accesscode line and benefit from Accesscode being made with a Link-3 instead of Link-2. If you don't want to use Selene, you can sub in an additional link charmer (Lyna, Hiita, etc) to steal opponent's monsters easier instead of only being locked into Dharc.

So, the animation chronicles comes out with a sweet fight scene between Raye and Roze and suddenly Sky Striker is back in good standing with the community? Last I checked everyone hated them for getting constant support. What's going on with that?

1. It was never constant, after Linkage & H.A.M.P. the last usable card they got was Azalea(MAYBE Ciela, but that came WAY too late to be relevant to their current situation, Akash COULD be viable in the new Snake-Eye Link builds though). 2. Their ACTUAL newest support isn't here yet, and Mavens screwed them over when Linkage came out by releasing the Ishizus at the same time preventing anyone from wanting to use anything else(even former Striker fans got sucked into the Tear 0 bubble). 3. It's the floodgates RATIONAL(yeah I know, Yu-Gi-Oh community is anything but) people hated, Mystic Mine's been gone for a while and the closest to a floodgate they have left now is Heat Wave for going first, and MAYBE Grave of the Super Ancient Organism for corner cases like Branded builds but that's kind of a joke.

It comes up. I played a lot of striker last format, and tbh, the only 1 I can arguably cut to two is hyate. I found the 3rd shiz coming up more than the second zeke. But this list is pretty solid.
