I tried this yesterday and it worked for about 3 sec. and the leds are just white and not doing anything else What's wrong with it .. UPDATE: I guess i one the things this guy forgot to tell everyone in the building that the RGB strip has to have a voltage adjustment . It will only stay 1 color with 12 volts , But if you adjust the voltage down to about 7 - 9 volts , You will get Different colors that flash automatically Good video Good educational project

Hi, I just notice in your circuit the Anode is the commun. What about the cathode common should I use pnp instead of npn transistor Thank you for your help.

Normally Anode is common in RGB LED Strip. if u need positive output, u can use pnp Transistor
