As a staff scientist in the Watershed Scientific Focus Area, Nicholas Bouskill studies the interactions between the carbon, nitrogen, and water cycles, and the role belowground microbial communities play in those interactions. He is excited about the Biological and Environmental Program Integration Center (BioEPIC), where researchers will use lab experiments and computer models to address hypotheses raised by field observations.
