that was their goal, to make him down to earth because thats what gets people and make them feel a part of the whole thing and thus int he back of their mind when they see it on a magazine at the check out of 7-11 while eating a doughnut on the way to their grueling 14 hour shift, they pick up that magazine and purchase it. its a tactic, its not real.

you do realize you are buying into what they are selling and its getting you... its contrived, not real. it was to make a video where something so extravagant seems relatable to 'real' people. after he got off the subway, he got into a car service... after three bites of that pizza and the camera shut off, it was put down and his makeup touched up... but now its relatable to you and when you see the magazine coverage of the met gala with him on a cover of one of their publications, you will buy it because 'i remmeber that video, hes like me thooooo'

i mean the contrived way they tried to normalize him didnt get me, i know the game and that maneuver. hes just genuinely attractive and seems to be a great guy. i think its somewhat insulting to 'pretend' to be down to earth though by riding a subway or eating pizza when we know if vogue wasnt there to shoot this, it wouldnt have happened.
