Saw them live in 2018 in Antwerp : one of the best gigs I ever saw ( i am 60 and saw a lot of gigs ) : it was fantastic.

Im often listening to Floyd's early albums and its a blast to see those amazing music pieces being performed live so perfectly by this great band, especially with Mr Mason performing like this! People always talk about the genius of Syd, David, Roger and Rick but we need to be fair and recognize how important and irreplaceble Mason is in all the Floyd work, especially on those early albums where he had more "freedom" since the music had the experimental aspect. Can't wait to see this legend live!!!

This is just WOW!!! This is so much better than the era tha began with DSOTMoon. A diferent vibe was in the music pre 1973. Acid of decent quality had become alomost impossible to get due to NiXons durug war. Timothy Leary declared "The most dangerous man in America" & an era of the 'Human problem' we though we'd disolved reasscended. Paradieswatz

Good ear, man! I didn’t notice till I read your comment. Loved this song when I was a teenager. Another is old favorite is Grandchester Meadows, the live version where Gilmour helps with the vocals.

The only thing I didn't like about this performance was the transformation of Lucifer Sam into a traditional four on the floor rock song. Everything Syd about it has been excised completely.

Lucifer Sam is a 4/4 time signature. "Lucifer Sam is played at 144 Beats Per Minute (Allegro), or 36 Measures/Bars Per Minute. Time Signature: 4/4."

@@wispa1a643 Drummers slow down and speed up within a given meter ALL THE TIME. In fact, you can hear it repeatedly in the original recording of this tune. Mason is far from metronymic in the recording.

I can't believe how many positive comments are posted for this. Nick Mason the drummer of Pink Floyd playing with three other musicians doing Pink Floyd covers? This is like a bad skit on Saturday Night Live! If this was a joke it would be funny but since they are serious it is pathetic!
