Maddie and Nick should be fell in love and even have kiss each other They should have a Emotional Love story. That would have been better Also more emotional and more Gory scenes for example Death scenes. I am so sad that Power Rangers is a kids show it should have been like DC. Especially mystic force had the potential to be more mature and more dark.

Because Nick isn't all that great a character. Hot-headed, blame-dodging, normally the first to flee when things go wrong... Perhaps his flawed nature is what allowed the Master to possess him.

Not really I rewatched the series and actually Nick is usually the first one of the rangers to stand up and fight, it was only towards the end where his lost his spirit feeling weak about powerless against the master and his army did he begin to question himself and his role as “the light”. After watching the series their are only a few times where nick admits defeats the first being the first episode, the second being his battle with opulence, I think his name is? Correct me if I’m wrong and the last being the final battle. The rest of the time I felt he was a good red ranger, flawed in some ways yes but overall he had a lot of courage and refused to give up despite being knocked on his ass... a lot. I feel he had some growth... if you could call it that (Xander I feel having the most) but I admired his spirit and enjoyed watching him, don’t know why everyone so hateful of him.

Denise White “Oculous”, you were close. And it’s not just giving up - he’s a lot more callous than other Red Rangers in his position, and the character development for that never _really_ sticks. He derided Madison for staying behind the camera, was more inclined to leave his teammates than regain their respect when accused of stealing from them, had to be restrained from attacking Koragg when the Knight Wolf offered a truce, angrily insisted to the Tribunal that he wasn’t at fault for the loss of his magic, and told Leelee that she’d never be a good person - something his own teammates deemed a bridge too far. It’s not a character progression when it _keeps on happening._
