Phil is a great player, at times, but not always. And 99% of the world does not think he is the GOAT of poker. Hell in the last poker after dark show Phil was low man with chips at $14k, even Nick Wright, the so-called jabronie at the table, beat Phil out with $24k, Phil was dead last.

Nick Wright is actually a fairly solid player. When he raised all in after Phil paired his 5, Nick had his man spotted the whole way. Phil acting like that was some kind of amateurish bad play says more about him then it does about Nick Wright

Classic Phil. 39:40 Nick has best hand pre flop. Phil catches a piece of flop but checks it all the way down and allows Nick to catch a river, then calls him lucky. How is catching a river card any more lucky than catching a flop card? It takes all 5 cards for a hand....

70% of poker is luck, Phil gets lucky all the time, and he calls it great play, but when someone else gets lucky, he calls them a bum and says they only won against him because of luck.

Though Poker After Dark started off as the one table sit and go, I definitely preferred it when they switched to doing cash games. This was still entertaining and Ali does a great job on commentary, but still would have preferred if it was a cash game instead.

Nick obviously got some lucky hands, but def knows the game pretty well for an amateur. Sometimes Phil plays really shitty for one of the goats then blames bad luck, or lack of skill from his opponent. Really not that impressive of a player IMO compared to other pros

This has to be a troll lol. No one thinks he is the greatest poker player of all time. He's just pretty good and got popular and is able to pursue it full time. I personally know people way better who I didn't even meet at the table. Hellmuth can't even remember what someone did a few hands ago, is easily tilted, and I doubt he even knows stats that well. It blows my mind he even made it to where he is today.

Ante should be reduced to half the BB when 3 handed or HU. It turns the HU into all in bingo when the ante is kept the same. I personally ran into this when running deep in the small Aria daily's a few times. Wynn does it the right way!

Helmuth truly is one of the greatest players of all time. The proof is in the pudding. However, he gets psychologically disturbed because he wants to win every hand. He feels entitled to it. It's a leak, but he still plays and wins. The GTO atmosphere is a little rarefied for him especially given his primary leak.
