Are the passengers allowed to get off the train for a few minutes before heading back?

According to the website, the 4 hrs train ride includes a 2hr layover to look around and experience the local shops and restaurants.

The people were so loud you couldn’t hear the announcer!

Yes they were. The entire train ride. It was a group of about 40. I imagine we just "got lucky," and that all of the train experiences aren't quite as loud.

People never shut up and the docent never stops talking. Thankfully we took our ear buds and listened to music to drown out the noise. Not worth the money, At All.

It was a very loud experience for us too. Everyone is shouting over the sound of the train and each other in a small space.
