i’m not sure if anyone mentioned it but I think it’s worth mentioning…she does NOT pop pills anymore. she went through a very dark time and she was very honest about doing that throughout this album and i’m so glad she was able to overcome that ❤️ love the Nicki reactions, keep ‘em coming! 🔥

What you said about your friend, a lot of people have a bad image about Nicki. Some people only hear anaconda and superbass cause that’s what’s pushed by the media , they discredit her SKILL. She’s the most talented female hip hop artist, and I hope more people begin to see that. ❤

Amazing reaction, Zee. It's great to hear your impact in shaping the people in your life's view of Nicki. The issue that Nicki has as one of very few black women in the music industry at her level, she is often faced with so much racism and misogyny, and people don't understand just how much it impacts how people view her and her brand. I love watching reactions to her because it shows in real time these prior assumptions about Nicki that get destroyed. Nicki is such a brilliant and talented woman and it is so often overlooked. Keep up all the work you are doing, the Barbz will blow up your channel more than it already has!

This song is about her ex-fiance and her Hype Man. They were in a rap group when they were young, but Nicki was the only one that stood out and wrote his and some of the other guys verses. They were dating for 10+ years. That's what she refrences in "All Things Go", when she says "10 years ago, that's when you proposed, I look down, yes I suppose". After they broke up, he started saying that he was writing her lyrics.... YUP!
