The British accent is Martha the mother which was also the stepmother in the moment for life video. In the video Nicki asks about where Roman is and Martha says he’s been bad with slim shady reference to this song Roman I think is the brother (her alto ego when she’s going in) Nicki is the sister ( I believe just her normal self)

" rahhh rah Like a Dungeon Dragon " is a node to Busta Rhymes verse in a song called "Scenario" by A Tribe Called Quest. When that song came out it lanched Busta into the stars one of the hottest hip hop artists. Bustas reference was from a late 80s early 90s cartoon series called Dungeons and Dragons.
