Nicklas Bendtner also known as Lord born 16 January 1988 is a Danish professional footballer who plays as a centre forward for the Norwegian club Rosenborg(since the 7 march 2017) and the danish national team.
Bendtner has played internationally for Denmark at under-16, under-17, under-19, under-21 and senior levels. He made his senior international debut on 16 August 2006, in a friendly match against Poland, and scored his first international goal in that match. Since then, he has made 72 appearances and scored 29 goals

We love this guy in Denmark. Almost a guarantee for goals when he was playing for the national team. Troll him all you want, but we are very happy about all the important goals he have scored for Denmark. Legend!

He had a phenomenal international career. Let me elaborate: He scored a total of 30 goals in 81 games, including goals against Portugal (x6!), Germany, Brazil, and Italy (x2), as well as goals at the 2010 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 2012. His international career was legitimately impressive.

one thing I noticed is that almsot every single goal is either to take the lead or equalize. There are a few where you don't see the score but the ones you see I count a total of five goals that either happened at 2 down or 1 up. But after 1-2 vs Portugal he got the 2-2 so the first was still very important and thw 2-0 vs Portugal and the 2-0 vs Norway there were plenty of time left so they were also important. The 3-1 vs Serbia the game had some time left and it killed Serbias hopw so it had some significance. Only the 4-2 on stoppage time vs Portugal was insignificant. The Northern Ireland goal looks like it is atleast an important goal while the Brazil looks like a consolation goal based on the body language. So out of 29 goals he scored 2 insignificant goals, 1 that was useful, 4 that were important and 22 that changed the (current) result of the game. I think that is quite impressive.

Most of hes goals, was even with him not being in match form from not playing for hes current team. Imagine him saving so many games is impressive

It's kinda same to what he did at Arsenal, despite all the trolling, he scored some very important goals usually at the death of games! I remember those moments, the screams! "BENNDDDTTNNEERRRR!! " Love to the Lord, 🔥❤

Denmark has been in the same qualification group as Portugal for a lot of the recent qualifiers, so many games against Portugal.
